近视的现象:
据调查,我国现有盲人500多万，低视力近千万人，尤其是在儿童及青少年当中，患病率极高。全国学生体质健康调研最新数据表明，我国小学生近视眼发病率为22.78%，中学生为55.22%，高中生为70.34%。更令人震惊的是，有份调查报告称，国内因高度近视致盲者已达30多万人。因此儿童及青少年近视的防治越来越为学生、家长及社会所关注。 为什么患近视的学生越来越多?学生的眼睛到底是怎么近视的?仅仅是不良用眼习惯造成的吗?为了解小学生近视情况及引起近视的相关因素，我针对我们学校的部分同学作了一次调查。

三、调查分析：导致眼睛近视的原因：
大多数人都是平时不注意保护眼睛而导致近视的。研究结果表明，近视眼是人眼对当代环境的适应性改变，它的发生与发展与日益增加的近距离用眼活动的环境密切相关，与摄入营养成分的失衡密切相关。而不正确用眼，不注意用眼卫生(如看电视和上网过长等是现代儿童近视大增的主因。

四、调查结果：
通过调查发现，在当今的中学生近视率不断上升，而中学生们对近视这一现象并不加以重视。甚至有人认为近视怎样，戴副眼镜不就得了。还对近视无所谓，错上犯错。许多人常将其归咎于不良的用眼习惯，如看书距离不当、光太暗、持久用眼等。但近年来的医学研究表明，饮食不均衡、睡眠不足、噪音等，也是诱发青少年近视的重要因素。
五、建议
(一看书时作姿要端正，光线要充足。读写要坐到离课桌一尺，胸离课桌一拳，眼离课本一尺。
(二不要在坐车或行走的时候看书，不要躺下看书。读写1小时要远眺10分钟或到户外走动，调节眼睛肌肉。
(三在课间十分钟坚持做眼保健操。
(四尽可能少上网或看其他辐射性强的东西。注意作息时间的安排，不能让眼睛长期处于疲劳状态。
(五不偏食，少吃辣的食品，多吃含维生素C和维生素A，D的食物。
(六定期到眼科专医作检查，听从医师的指导，逐步矫正视力或防止近视度加深。

为有效预防近视等眼病：一要养成良好的卫生习惯，合理饮食，锻炼身体，保障身心健康;二要纠正不良习惯，养成良好的用眼卫生;三要定期到眼科医院检查眼睛，尤其是高度近视眼患者，及时发现眼病，以便早发现、早治疗。视力关系着我们的一生，我们要爱护我们的`眼睛，不让我们将来后悔!

一.问题的提出
每个家庭中的孩子都是宝贝，说一不二，随着电视、计算机的普及，我们祖国花朵的娇嫩的眼睛受到了袭击，现在，在我们班里，大多数的同学都患有近视，而且部分同学的近视情况十分严重，有的同学视力甚至低于了4.5，这也许给他们以后的生活、学习以及工作带来很多的不便。为了保护视力，预防视力，我对本班同学的近视情况做了一次调查。
二.调查方法
(1通过上网，看一些有关科学用眼和眼睛保健方面的资料，了解什么是近视，及近视产生的原因。
(2通过访问，了解本班同学的近视状况，以及近三年同学视力不良的发展趋势。
(3通过与本人交谈、调查，走访家长的形式，掌握眼睛近视同学的学习及生活上的习惯。
三.调查情况的资料整理
1近视眼(myopia也称短视眼，因为这种眼只能看近不能看远。这种眼在休息时，从无限远处来的平行光，经过眼的屈光系折光之后，在视网膜之前集合成焦点，在视网膜上则结成不清楚的象。远视力明显降低，但近视力尚正常。
2本班有39名同学，无先天性遗传近视，后天近视的8人，近视同学比列占全班的3分之2.较前几年比，近视率有明显增高趋势。
3多数同学不注意用眼卫生，不科学用眼。写字时离书本太近;长时间用眼不休息造成视觉疲劳;长时间看电视，在光线太强或太暗的环境下看书，连续长时间使用带你脑等。
四.结论
1近视眼是由于晶状体的曲度过大，远处来的光线形成的物象落在视网膜的前。因此看不清远处的东西。如果有近视的你，可以戴凹透镜加以纤正。
2近视眼的形成主要是由于不注意用眼卫生，长时间用眼疲劳造成的，如，看书姿势不正确，近距离看书、写字、不注意休息等。高度近视还可能与遗传有关。
3.为了同学的视力，我查找了有关的书籍，发现近视眼是可以预防的:(一读书、写字姿势要端正，眼睛和书本的距离要保持一市尺。(二要认真做眼保操，定期检查视力。(三连续看书、看电视或使用电脑1小时后要休息一下，或者向远处眺望一会。(四每天晚上坚持滴眼药水。(五多吃水果、蔬菜。除了要做到以上的5要，还要做以下的三不要：(一不在光线暗弱和阳光直射下看书、写字。(二不躺着看书。(三不走路看书。

I am the third officer working in the deck department. As you know, the third officer is responsible to the master for the proper performance of his assigned bridge watchstanding and navigational duties.
On board, my first daily work is wathckeeping from 8 to 12 and from 20 to 24. my second daily work is in charge of the maintance of the fire-fighting equipment and life-saving equipment.
