第六步，继续加水揉面团，重复的一直揉，直到面团不干不湿，面光手光盆光，这时的面团就像一只又大又肥的白鹅的身体，十分有光泽。
第七步，将面团搓成长条状，分成大小相等，十分均匀，大约40克的小剂子。
第八步，将小剂子擀成中间厚，四周薄的圆片，然后在中间放入做好的香菇青菜香菇馅料，一手拿着皮，一手捏出褶皱，最后封口，后面的以此类推。
第九步，每个包子大约隔两手指的距离，放在蒸锅里蒸熟。
第十步，大约10分钟后，大功告成。
