现如今，人类浪费的水太多了，所导致有些地区严重缺水的状况。可这些有能怎么办，电视上的节约用水的不知道有多少，可有些人还是认识不到自己的错误。
一个滴水的水龙头，每天要浪费八十六万三千滴水。中国十三亿人，每人每天珍惜一滴水，可以让一个人喝九十五年。中国本来淡水湖就不多，我们还要浪费水，实在太不应该了。如果全世界每人每天节约一滴水，那么我们的地球就可以拥有六百吨水，如果人类真能做到的话，那我们的国家、世界和地球将会不在缺水。每个人都有充分的水资源，再也不怕没有水了。
其实我们生活中有很多地方的水可以多次利用。夏天到了，开空调的时间多了，可以把空调的冷凝水管留在阳台上，下面放了一个大桶，可别小看空调滴出的冷凝水，天气是热的，一开空调就是一整夜，水一攒就是一桶。我们可以用这些干净的水洗衣服、擦家具、擦地、冲洗手间等。下雨时，把水桶放到楼房的排水口接水来浇花。冬天下雪时，我们可以用扫来的积雪化成水来浇花，既省水又给花儿增加了营养，一举两得！生活中简单节约用水的方法就是我们每天早上刷牙，用多少水，就倒多少水，那样就可以节约用水。妈妈洗完米的水可以用来洗菜，还可以帮蔬菜***菌。洗完衣服的水可以拖地。
水是生命的源泉。如果没有水，我们将无法生活，所以我们要节约用水，因为水给我们生命！
