As is shown above, a leader father is sitting in the chair with a seal grasping in the hand, and a lot of money beside him. He seriously said to his son that there is more to life than just money -it is power. Simple as the picture is, but a profound truth is reveled in the picture.
I surely disagree with father ’s philosophy. As a leader, he shouldn ’t use his power to make money. It is his duty to serve people wholeheartedly, just one person said “with great power comes great responsibility ”. If he stick to his philosophy. I believe that he will spend the rest of his life in prison. What’s worse, he could affect his son ’s philosophy, guiding him in the opposite direction , nothing can be done to reverse the trend itself. The only solution is to change father ’s philosophy. Because of many greedy officials in China, it is time to reverse the trend itself by establishing new policy. As Chinese always has been our confidence that we can change for the better and better.
In my opinion, there is more to to life than just money -it is happiness, nothing is important than happiness. We can live a colorful life in our spare time.

关于去北京的英语作文五年级【二】
期待已久的国庆免费北京之旅开始了。吃喝玩乐旅游是美食不可或缺的，北京的美食也是必须的。
前门大街真的很忙！商店里琳琅满目，各种小吃都很好吃。在当地人的带领下，我们煞费苦心地找到了“鲜鱼嘴”小吃街，品尝了东来顺的羊肉串。一堆10块钱真的很值！肉很新鲜，很好吃。炒肝也好吃。我以为是炸的，结果是用耦合汁煮的。桌子上放着一个小碗。碗里有大肠和肝。再加上耦合汁的顺滑，有一种特别的味道！还有炸灌肠、炸糕、驴打滚、臭豆腐等。都很好吃，让我回味无穷！当真是一顿美餐！我们在北京度过了一个丰富的中秋节！
北京玩的三样东西：长城、故宫、烤鸭。最有名的烤鸭是北京全聚德烤鸭！在王府井全聚德烤鸭店，我们等了将近两个小时，上菜后又等了一个小时，才看到师傅推着车过来，才看到师傅熟练地用皮带把烤鸭放好，切了两碟烤鸭。一上桌就闻到了香味，真的是令人垂涎欲滴。我迫不及待地把煎饼摊在手心，把葱、蒜、酱、烤鸭包在一起，一口咬下去。很好吃！烤鸭皮棕脆，肉鲜嫩，带着蒜和酱的味道，真是天下美味！
10月3日中午，我们去后滩的酒吧街吃晚饭。今天是我爸妈结婚12周年，我们选了一个很有氛围的户外凉亭吃饭。在这里吃饭很有意境。一边吃，一边吹着微风，可以欣赏到三海一水相连的什刹海美景。难怪这个地方被誉为“老北京最美的地方”。不值得叫！古人云：“好喝。今天，我才能体会到这美景是多么的美味！”！后海的这顿饭，让人吃得舒服，记忆深刻。
北京旅游即将结束，但美味的感觉仍萦绕在唇边。再见北京，我会再来体验你的美食！

国庆节长假期间，我们家去了北京。飞机停在了北京国际机场的`陆地上，我拿起旅行包就从飞机上冲下来了，投入到了北京的怀抱当中。
首先，我们来到了天安门广场，广场可大了，上面还有一大束鲜花，五星红旗随风飘荡。听，是什么声音这么整齐，原来由于是国庆节期间游客比较多，所以一些解放军叔叔在巡逻维持秩序，只见在踏着整齐的脚步呀!
离开了天安门广场，我们来到了壮观的万里长城，踏上长城的第一步时，只见一座座大山出现在我的眼前，一座座山峰连绵起伏。蓝天上的白云轻轻地飘荡在，一会儿像一只可爱的小白兔，一会儿像一只只绵阳，一会儿像一匹匹马，变幻无常。一眼望去，碧绿的山峰再加上壮观的长城真美啊!
最后，我们去的是鸟巢，那里有一座高塔，叫火炬塔。鸟巢的形状像一个小鸟的巢，所以叫鸟巢。鸟巢对面是水立方，那儿白天是蓝色的，一到晚上，灯火通明时，五彩缤纷。
时间不早了。要把北京的迷人之处讲出来，怎么说也说不完，还是你自己去游览一番吧，对了，最后祝大家国庆节快乐。

微风习习，我们从家中出发，穿过茂密翠绿的树林，坐着车向北奔驰，车行约二小时，到达了首都最大的北京科技馆。
一进科技馆，我们就看到了非常漂亮的球形方阵，其数量大约达到了９６０颗左右。随即我们开始参观科技馆。
第一层是“华夏之光”，我们参观了古代人民创造的各种新奇设备。我们还亲自进到“观星屋”内，“观星屋”里有一些小孔，小孔有的上面有一片“天”，“天”中有许多亮晶晶的东西，想必这就是“星星”了吧。这些“星星”照映在地板上，地板上就有了一些类似于眼睛的东西，可真是可怕啊！我和妹妹从里面出来后，其他人陆续进去参观。我们在一艘小小的“船舰”旁吃了点零食。这艘船舰可真奇特呀！这艘“船”的船尖两侧各有一个圆溜溜的“眼睛”，没有船帆。“华夏之光”中还有走马灯、各种古代天文仪器、水车。
第二层是“探索与发现”。在这一层中，有一个黑漆漆的“山洞”，里面有一些房屋模型。我们在这一层还了解到了各种星球的运行轨道、体质、重量、资源和形成。
第三层是“科技与生活”。在这一层中，有一些可以亲自体验的游戏和互动，还有一些考验智力和人体健康的游戏屏幕，而且还是电子版的。我体验了一个能骑却不能前进的“自行车”，这是测验身体还有多少卡路里的，骑得越快，卡路里就越来越高。我还亲自参观了曾经飞向过太空的飞船。当我走进飞船里的一刹那，我的心情无比激动、自豪，因为我以前只在电视中看到的飞船，今日却近在咫尺了！
一天的游览就这样结束了，真想再来玩一次！

7月21日，我们起床之后，赶紧准备东西，去爬长城。
我们要爬的是慕田峪长城。今天的天空阴沉沉的。天气预报说，今天会有暴雨。但这并没有扫我们的兴。我们带好雨衣，拿好雨伞，出发了。
我们上了车。车足足开了两个小时左右才到达目的地。这时，雨已经开始下了，不过只是毛毛雨而已。穿上雨衣，我们到长城的售票处买了票，便进去了。
我们坐缆车到了长城。慕田峪长城多建在外侧陡峭的崖边，依山就势，以险制厄。墙体高七八米，墙顶宽四五米，建筑材料以花岗岩为主。我看了一下，每块石头大约长2米、宽0.5米、厚0.3米。而且，在建长城时，人们并没有水泥，砌长城用的是一种特殊的配方，主要是糯米。而那种配方的硬度并不亚于高级水泥，这就是古人智慧的力量，才使这座长城千年不倒。
我们登上了长城。这时，长城上云雾缭绕，爸爸说，如果没有雾，就可以看到长城最雄伟的景。长城很宽，可容得下三辆小汽车同时行驶。每隔数千米，都会有一个烽火台。每个烽火台大约有十二米高，大约有七米宽。走到里面，里面有很多间室，还有一个楼梯通向烽火台顶端。我爬上去后往下面看，只见长城两边是原始森林，根本无法想象以前人们是怎么把大石块运上来的。
都说在晴朗的天气里爬长城最好，可是我今天却看到了不一样的长城。白色的雾一部分被风扯成一条条的，撞击在长城上。走进雾里，感觉在仙境里一般。在这里完全不会感受到夏日的酷热，只是凉爽的风。
雨一直不停，我们必须得赶回去了。可开到安定门前的时候，路彻底被淹了。叔叔开着大别克车，小心翼翼的往前挪，周围不断有车冒烟死火。叔叔、爸妈都心急如焚，妈妈不断的祈祷。终于，半小时的路，我们用了两个小时，从一堆死火的车里，挪了出来。回到酒店，我们打开电视，才知道，我们遇到了多年难遇的大雨，同时看到电视直播抢救那位遇难司机的过程。。

到了北京，我听小姨说，有八只大熊猫从四川运到了北京，现在就在北京动物园。刚才我还愁来北京去哪玩呢，现在好了，不仅可以看到可爱的大熊猫，还可以看到其他的动物。我迫不及待的催小姨，想要快点起程。我们出发了！
到了北京动物园，首先映入眼帘的是一个大花坛，花坛里的话五颜六色，十分好看。可我已经对花熟视无睹了，我只想尽快看到可爱的`熊猫。于是我们以最快的速度先来到了亚运熊猫馆。人真多！一共才有三只熊猫，怎么那么少？我问小姨才知道，原来这里的熊猫不是从四川运来的。这里的熊猫真懒，好像雕塑一样。第一只好像很害羞，怎么也不肯把头转过来；第二只用一只手拄着脑袋好像很傲慢，却一动不动；第三只很活泼，在那里来回走动，好像很欢迎我们这些游客的到来......
接着，我们来到了奥运熊猫馆。这里的熊猫才是从四川运来的。我数了数，怎么才七只？哦！看！桥上还有一只啊！这只调皮的熊猫！这里的熊猫虽不那么懒，可是很贪吃，瞧！他们正吃香喷喷的竹子呢！这里的居住环境也不错，有水池，还有小瀑布呢！熊猫生活在这里真惬意啊！
我们还去了海洋馆，那里有五颜六色稀奇古怪的鱼。给我印象最深的是罗纹鱼，它不仅颜色好看，是紫色的，上面还有些罗纹。而且它样子古怪，头上像被人打了似的，鼓起了一个大大的包。我们还去看了海狮海豚表演，精彩极了......
这次的游玩，让我在饱了一番眼福！

大家都知道去北京必须去的旅游景点吧!没错，那就是长城、故宫、天坛和鸟巢水立方，我今天就去了我今天就去了长城，都说“不到长城非好汉”不去那儿怎么行呢?
我们来到了长城脚下，景象却令我大失所挫，这哪是长城呀这完全就是个集市嘛!长城脚下的纪念品琳琅满目，各式各色样样都有，我们随便找了一个人问才明白：原来长城还没有到，还要往上走。这时大家看到了缆车，都要去做，不过，我们小孩不同意，但是少数服从多数，大人们凭借着人多的优势把我们拉去坐缆车了。在缆车上我们往下看，哇塞，只见长城像一条大蛇一样，在陡峭的山上滑行似的，我现在真惊叹古代人的工艺呀!
到了一半，我们就开始爬了，爬了一会儿，我发现长城每隔一会儿就会到一个“回”字形的一个小碉堡，是供古代人站岗和休息的，让我不禁想起了“烽火连三月”的情景。大家都说长城奇是奇在建在陡峭的山峰和长的，但我认为长城奇还因为虫子种类繁多，这里到处都是虫子，七星瓢虫、红蜘蛛、黑寡妇......样样都有!还有一些不知名的小虫，在长城上，你只要随便一看，都会是虫子!刚开始爬都是，我们一起的，可是后来，家长们越爬越慢，路越爬越陡峭，于是我爬一段陡峭的地方就等一下后面的家长，等他们过来后就继续追前面的妹妹他们。当我们登上长城时，又做了滑道下来，滑道是一个非常危险的体育运动，稍有不慎，就有可能被抛入山野中，我是和妈妈做的，我来控制快慢，往前推就是快，往后拉就是慢，妈妈叫我，一直慢慢的走，可是后面的爸爸一直追着我们不放，我们只得快一点点，到了最后一个弯，我跟妈妈讲，都最后一个弯了，就刺激一下吧!妈妈同意了，于是我把杆子往前使劲一推，滑轮立刻飞快的冲了出去，哇，太刺激了，就像是墨杜萨台风袭来一样!就这样我们回到了长城脚下。一路上，我都在回味那儿的景色。
