听家人说，就在我刚出生的那几天，您一直没有合眼，眼睛一直盯着我看，看着我这个小生命，我知道您的心情是兴奋的，激动的，再加上对刚刚做爸爸的您来说有点不知所措、手忙脚乱。所以尽管您的眼球上布满了血丝，但您一点也不在乎。每当我没考好时，是您以一颗宽容博大的心包容了我，用手抚摸着我的头说没关系，努力了就行。当我犯了错误时，您总是耐心地轻声细语地说，改了就好。您每次回来都会给我买一些有营养的东西让我吃，说我现在正是长身体的\'时候，得多补充点营养。我深深的到这里面蕴藏着的是您对我浓浓的爱。我喜欢的东西，再贵您也舍得给我买，可您从不舍得给自己买点东西。我们一家五口全靠您在外打工挣钱，是您一个人撑起了这个家。可是爸爸，您身上却有一个很不好的习惯，那就是吸烟。我从书上看到：一包烟可减少生命110分钟，吸烟对身体有百害而无一利，吸烟还能导致身体的各种疾病。爸爸，您首先要学会爱自己，如果您连自己的身体都不爱的话，又怎么能够好好的爱我呢？今天是父亲节，在这个节日里，我想对您说一句：爸爸，您辛苦了！为了身体的健康，请珍惜生命，远离香烟吧！
