Now the first thing I have to hasten to do is to write to you these few lines to express my deep regret.

When father came home, he was very glad to find a big meal on the table. then I asked him to check his e-mail. He was amazed to find a beautiful card in his e-mail-box.

9月22日，在一片热烈的掌声中，在一片赞扬声中，我们湛江首届艺术节拉下帷幕，但是观众们却好像还不够尽兴。虽然表演结束了，但是观众们的心中却还没有降下帷幕，他们还在心里细细地品味着这场精彩而独具风韵的表演。这也难怪我们的文化在人们心中扎下如此深的根，我们湛江的文化不仅源远流长，而且原汁原味，独具民间艺术风格，是一个“精彩”而形容不了的。如果是别的城市还好说，但是这却是一个曾经被称之为“蛮地”的湛江，这难道不使人折服吗？
醒狮的表演真可谓是我们湛江文化中的一颗璀璨的明珠。湛江的醒狮团不仅扬名国内，也驰名国外。特别是今年春节期间，遂溪有醒狮团还邀请到演出，那精湛的表演，使法国人民情不自禁地竖起大拇指，连连说道：“非常棒！”不仅如此，在今年9月25日上午，我们的醒狮团还被第八届北京国际旅游文化节组委会邀请到北京的上表演。他们精湛的.演出不仅让的领导满意，也博得了外宾的好评，在演出时，要求合影的人络绎不绝。
此外，我们的醒狮团也已经获邀参加。据相关人透露，在广东旅游文化节上，将有负责遴选方案的同志观看，我们的醒狮将有可能被录取。遂溪的醒狮文化艺术，不仅是遂溪人民的智慧，它将会带着中华民族的精神传向世界，让世界更多的人了解中国、了解湛江。
湛江文化的品牌除了醒狮以外，人龙舞、等这些古老的民间文化艺术都全部通过“省检”，而且都在全省地市中都名列前茅！这又再一次向人们证明了我们红土文化的实力。
