粽子煮熟后，颜色就变了，剥开墨绿的苇叶，只见光洁如玉的珍珠米团里镶嵌着几颗红色玛瑙似的蜜枣，红白绿相映衬，显得格外艳丽诱人。粽子的味道更是堪称一绝。米团因为苇叶发出淡淡的清香，使人垂涎欲滴，咬上一口，甜而不腻，粘而爽口，它既是驱邪消暑的开胃食品，又是营养丰富的滋补佳品，所以老少皆宜。
