刚出生的小孩子，大概1，2岁时就会看手机，1，2岁的小孩子眼膜都不太完整，看手机也会损坏他们的眼角膜，如果从小眼就开始近视，佩戴一个眼睛，那么他们长大后的视力也会不断的下降，会对他们的学习造成更大的影响，他们也会越来越上瘾手机。
手机本来让我们用的，但是，它却迷惑了我们的心智，成了手机的困魔，从此，手机也就爱不释手的，离不开我们，现在的手机游戏也特别招中学生的喜欢，比如：和平精英，王者荣耀等一系列的游戏在网络上不断的流行，引起了许多中学生的喜爱，但是，他们却毫不知道，危害在离他们更近了一步。
手机的危害性很大，所以应该控制好自己看手机的时间，不可以让手机控制我们，我们应该合理的控制手机。

当你在那一天突然想放弃做某件事情时，你可以想一想：曾经有一位老人乘火车他放在车窗上的一双鞋掉了一只，于是，他思索了片刻，立即将另一只也丢了出去，当时有很多不解的人问这位老人：你为什么要把这只鞋也丢出去呢？老人回答他们：我留下一只鞋已无用处，丢出去，如果有人捡到它，还能配成一对。这位老人的心态是那么的乐观，是的！一双鞋，丢了一只，另一只就无用处了，那么将留下的那只也丢出去，还能配成对，这样不是很好吗？既然一只鞋对你没有用处，那么你将它留下来做什么呢？既然无用就将它给别人，那样还能帮助一些人。你放弃一双鞋，可是你却帮助了另外的人，这又何乐而不为呢？
放弃一双鞋，可以帮助别人得到一双鞋，让别人拥有温暖，放弃一双手套，可以让别人拥有你给予他们的温暖，让他们更加热爱这个世界，更能为别人给予一丝温暖，让温暖照亮整个世界，让世界充满温暖。
放弃，可以为别人带来开心的笑容，幸福的家庭，温暖的爱。既然你只需要放弃，就可以做到这么多好事情，你为什么不放开你紧紧的手试试看呢？放手试一试吧！让别人的到一丝温暖吧！
