For thousands of years， animals have trodden a slow path， their spirits together with the body。 But our human being\'s transportation is too fast。 The body moves but the soul is left behind。 We try to free ourselves in convenience， but we only imprison the soul。 Since we invented how to count hours， we do everything to short the time， short the deadline。 But the time saved can\'t be shorten。 Nowadays， we spend lots of time staying in front of a TV just changing the channels， while we have no time to talk with a good friend or play with our family。 We have plenty of time to search old news on the internet， while we hardly think about our life。 In the end， the only thing apparent is our loneliness。
Take your time， please。 Try to follow the natural steps and have your own clock。 Try to share your time with everybody you love， share your mind， your happiness and sadness。 Try to read the world we live in， do not only catch a quick glimpse at the society。

??自己设计明天850字人生的红帆船穿过了童年的河流，来到了入海口，面对着浩瀚的大海，我曾迷茫不知去向，但急促的河流不由我争脱把我向前推、我不能这样随波逐流，毫无目的地漂泊、我对自己说，对，我应该给自己一个航标，大胆地为自己的明天设计、朋友就请我听听我这“异想天开”的设想吧。
我设想我明天成为2008奥运会的运动员、来到了祖国的首都——北京、站在5000米的起跑线上，此时的我心中充满着信心和务力量，因为周围是成千上万的中国人在为我加油、助威、尽管身边站着美国、俄罗斯……等强国大将、但我并没有感到胆怯，有祖国人民的支持，我相信我一定能行的。
当发令员发出起跑信号“啪”的一声，我骑上娇健的步伐向前冲，身边直响起“呼呼”的风声和那声势浩势浩荡的助威声“中国队、加油、中国、加油”此时我的.内心是激动的，心里默念着“祖国，我不会让你失望的”想着想着、我的心中充满着力量，大赤勇敢地向前冲… …
第二声枪声、第三声枪声，第四声枪声，啊！只剩下最后一千米了，已经开始慢慢靠近终点了，但此时每个人已经精疲力竭，只剩下一丝力量在坚持着，也有几个选手倒下了、此时的我也变得虚弱无力，脚步越来越沉重，越来越麻木，但我仍然不甘落后保持在最前面“坚持就是胜利”、“我不断地告诉自己。我心中默数着“900米800米……”啊！终于剩下100米了，模糊中我看见终点的白布在跳动似乎在告诉我“加油啊！胜利将属于你”我努力地向前跑，无料之中，可恶的小日本选手一脚把我绊倒，在地上翻了好几翻、这下我完全地倒下，全身都失去了知觉，只剩下一口气在喘动，躺在地上的我疲倦无神的眼睛闪过一个个人影，我的思想在剧烈地斗争
“不，我不能落后，不能就这样放弃，中国人是坚强的中国人是不会输的”，我竭尽全力地爬了起来，以失去自我般的力量向前冲……最后，以快美国选手一步遥胜利了，周围响起阵阵震耳欲聋的掌声和疯狂的喝彩声，我的眼泪不禁涌出了眼眶……
明天也许是波涛汹涌，但我不怕，因为我的信心是铁打的，相信一定能够冲破层层巨浪，用我不懈的努力和一颗坚定的心，相信人生的红帆船也一定能够到达理想的目的地。

他是那样无声无息。
他就是这样，在一瞬间逝去的。
他是什么——他是时时刻刻生活在我们身边的，他就是时间，他就是光阴。
鲁迅曾说过一句话：“时间就像海绵里的'水，是挤出来的。”对啊，一秒钟，一刻钟，一小时，甚至一天，一年，都会在我们的不经意间逝去。
时间，是要抓的。不要总认为，反正时间多的是，我晚一点再做好了。要知道，就在你晚的这一秒钟，有多少人正在拼搏着。或许这时，科学家正在研究新型机器；或许这时，运动员们正在付出汗水；或许这时，作家们在完成自己伟大的创作；或许这时，边防军战士正傲然屹立在祖国边境。
时间，是要挤的。也不要总认为，这么多工作，这么点时间怎么能做得完？要知道，科学家比你忙得多；运动员比你忙得多；作家比你忙得多；边防军战士比你忙得多。但是，为什么，他们能把自己的工作安排的井然有序地？就因为，他们会挤时间，他们不会浪费每一分、每一秒。
人的一生，可以漫长，也可以短暂。时刻奋斗在自己的岗位上的人，他们会觉得，时间过的真快；而整天毫无目的地四处漫游的人，会觉得，人生这么长，事情不必急着去做。
朱自清在匆匆里曾这样写：“燕子去了，有再来的时候；杨柳枯了，有再青的时候；桃花谢了，有再开的时候。但是，聪明的，你告诉我，我们的日子为什么一去不复返呢？是有人偷了他们吧，那是谁？又藏在何处呢？是他们自己逃走了吧，现在又到了哪里呢？”
我们明白，我们的日子，既没有被任何人偷了，也没有自己逃走了，而是，离我们远去了。再也不会回来了。世界上，唯一一去不复返的东西，就是时间。他一旦过去，就没有重来。
不要再想别的，不要再考虑什么，因为在你考虑的时候，时间又匆匆流过了。时是在耳边敲响时间的警钟吧，没有什么比时间更珍贵！不要到迫不得已，再来后悔莫及！

我有时会问时间：“为什么你过得这么快，不能慢一点儿吗？”时间回答我：“你觉得快是在干什么的时候？如果你一直觉得这么快，你可能是走在明和暗两条路之中的一条。”我接着问：“我知道你要和我说的道理，可你并没有回答我的问题，为什么你会一去不复返呢？”它答道：“是为了惩罚那些不懂得珍惜我的人。”话音刚落，它就消失不见了。
我细细地品味着时间和我所说的话。心想：学习觉得快是明路，玩觉得快是暗路，只有好好地学习才会照亮自己的一生，但难道玩一会儿就会埋没自己吗？我相信时间的意思并非如此，它是在对我说要合理，多学习也要适量玩才是它想看到的，至于时间为什么一去不复返，时间说是惩罚，但也是对人们的提醒。
“黑发不知勤学早，白首方悔读书迟。”年少气盛的时候，我们不懂得珍惜时间，总认为往后余生还很长，不急于这一时，所以不用功，整天不做正经事。在虚度光阴时，时间像流水一样从他的指间流过，流向远方，永不再回头。等我们意识到自己犯了个严重的错误时，已经为时已晚了，曾经的一切回不到自己身边了，美好只存在自己的回忆里，让我们痛不欲生，后悔至极，这是惩罚；让我们明白要珍惜时光，若还能重来，应该怎么做，这是提醒。
我领悟到了一个人不可以虚度光阴，因为这不是你抛弃时间，而是时间抛弃你……
