还记得那是我上小学的时候，脾气任性又有点儿得理不让人，为此爸爸经常给我“上课”。我知道这样不好，尽量克制自己，想改掉这坏脾气。一天课间，同桌小ａ在挪桌子的'时候，把我的钢笔碰到地上摔坏了。当时我很生气，那是妈妈送我的礼物，可转念一想，宽容从现在做起吧，别为了一支笔伤了和气。只要他道歉，我就原谅他了。可是没想到，都中午放学了，小ａ仍像没事人一样，一句话也没说，更别提道歉，一溜烟跑了。我的火直往外冒，暗暗想：下午一定要找他理论理论。
到了家，我余怒未消，跟爸爸讲了“钢笔事件”。“嗨！我还以为什么事呢，把我宝贝女儿气成这样…”爸爸乐呵呵地说。“停停！后面的话我替您说‘做人要大度，吃亏是福’。对吧？”看着爸爸一副无所谓的样子，我赶紧打了个暂停的手势。“呦！还是女儿了解我，我就是这意思，人家也不是故意的，别计较了。”爸爸依旧温和地劝我。“您怎么老向着别人呀，不行，我得让他赔我钢笔！”我气呼呼地说完，一转身，回屋睡觉去了，把爸爸一人晾在了客厅。
午睡起来，我的火气已经消了大半，想想爸爸那句常挂嘴边的“吃亏是福”，似乎也有些道理。枕边有爸爸留的字条“闺女，别生气了，爸爸不是在帮他说话，是觉得这点小事不值得。也许他是一个羞涩的孩子，不好意思跟你道歉。多些宽容你就多些快乐。”爸爸的话像一股暖暖的风，把我心中仅存的一丝怒火吹散了。我决定原谅小ａ了。
到了班里，让我很意外的是，课桌上赫然放着一支新钢笔，还有一张字条，那熟悉的字体写着“对不起”。多亏没急着找人理论，要不就冤枉人家了。我心里想。偷偷瞟了一眼小ａ，他正装模作样地看着书，我潇洒地写下“没关系”，连同那支笔推给了他。小ａ笑了，我也笑了…
