1月16日下午，我们班迎来了生活技能比赛。这次竞赛的内容是：整理抽屉和洗红领巾。
整理抽屉开始了，我们班的准备工作做得很充分，同学们在比赛之前就练习了好几遍，所以在比赛时只用了2分钟不到的时间就做好课前准备，理好抽屉，坐端正等老师考查了。老师表扬了全班同学，说大家都做得很棒！
让我印象深刻的是洗红领巾比赛：同学们有的捧着着小脸盆，有的带着肥皂，当然少不了系在我们脖子上的红领巾。大家都聚到有水龙头的美术教室里，等着老师说开始！
老师一声令下，7位同学们立即来到水槽前开始打水。当我正把红领巾放入水中时，余光看到旁边的`同学已经在擦肥皂了，心里一阵紧张，怕落后了。想起昨天妈妈教我的步骤，擦好肥皂，用力揉搓三十下，然后放进小盆里搓洗十下，拧干后，我凑近鼻子闻一闻，好像还有一股肥皂的味道，于是我又赶紧把红领巾放入水中，认真的搓洗起来。这次拧干后只有淡淡的香味了！虽然水很冷，但同学们却洗得热火朝天。评委老师检查之后说我们洗得很仔细，同学都笑开了花。
红领巾是我们少先队员的象征，我们要爱护好它，保持它的干净整洁。
经过这次生活技能比赛，我知道平时要整理好自己的抽屉，也懂得了妈妈的辛苦。希望自己以后把抽屉理得整齐有序，平时戴红领巾讲究卫生，让妈妈的手在冬天里也温暖着。

我们学校要举行劳动技能大赛了。这消息像长了翅膀似的，全校同学都立刻忙碌起来。
今天天气灰蒙蒙的，好像蒙了一层灰布。天上飘着毛毛细雨，我想：今天可是劳动技能大赛啊，下雨了怎么办？我急的像热锅上的蚂蚁，就在这时广播响起：“亲爱的同学们，由于今天下雨，我们的比赛在体育室举行。”我们年级的比赛项目是削苹果、穿鞋带和系鞋带。比赛开始，每个选手脸上都露出一丝得意 而又不乏紧张的神情。看着他们飞快地开始削苹果，我有点着急，心想：天哪，龙其玥削的真快。我赶紧回过神来右手拿着削果器，左手拿着苹果，把削果器对准苹果一顿乱削，当时，我非常紧张，生怕削慢了，可是，不知怎么了，我越削越慢！伴随着“刷刷”的削苹果声作响我终于削完了 。我又赶紧拿鞋穿鞋带，我左穿右穿，穿到一半感觉穿错了，又来了一遍，发现第一遍对了，我又用迅雷不及掩耳的速度把另一只鞋的鞋带穿好并穿上，还系了个漂亮的蝴蝶结。
比赛结束时，检查员在我们的座位边一一检查，我轻松过关，真高兴。
通过这次比赛，我知道了干什么都不是那么简单，真是看花容易绣花难啊！

顾校长既然已经知道会有欢迎仪式，就连赞诗都已经准备好了，可他却没有做好充分的准备，在如此重要的仪式上卡了壳，这是一种不尊重、不负责的行为。原本只要查字典就可以避免的这种低级错误，可他却在这种场合上“尴尬”了一把，引了一些不必要的麻烦。
细细想来，这件事不同时也表现了现代人对中国传统文化上的不重视吗?汉字是迄今为止连续使用最长的主要文字，也是上古时期各大文字体系唯一传承至今的文字，而我国是以汉字为主的官方文字，可见其重要性。可现在人们却对其越来越忽视，连清华顾校长都读错了字，或许有人会说这是一个生僻字，还是篆体，就算不知道也正常。对啊!现在人早就习惯了使用一些简单的字词，早已经把当初的文化抛之脑后了。
在此，我们应该反思下，也许是科技发展，现代人都用智能打字，而很少拿起手中的那支笔，导致字体有时都不认识或者写错的情况，而这情况不也在暗示着人们对其忽视。
上海一男子为显诚意手写求职信，不料其投递的公司发现信中有错字数个后，拒绝录取了他。这一件小事在网上走红，引起了人们的关注。在如今社会，因科技强国，而文化就因此容易被人所轻视，人文精神随之慢慢消失。
由此可见，顾校长读错的那个“侉”字，不应该只引起人们关注，更应该敲响人们心里的.警钟!这在提醒着被人们所忽略的中国传统文化正在日益消怠。科技以“理”为重，文化以“文”为重，我们不该重理轻文，我国有优秀传统文化，我们更应该对其继承以及发扬光大。
在高速发展的现代，顾校长这一类的尴尬事件，应该引起人们的重视文化教育，注重国家的软实力发展，望社会进行反思，进而对其改进。
以一字引起的重视，以科技强国，以文化兴国，两者都不可或缺，相辅相成，建设更完美的社会主义国家。
