决策的根本是要保持头脑清醒。一个人只有在头脑清醒的情况下才能保证自己的目标清晰。这样就不会做出偏离轨道的错误的决策。
决策的原则是不独断专行。提到独断专行，我第一个想到的就是秦始皇。他是一个稀世暴君，在他的霸道领导下，秦王朝制定了许多封建制度和封建法律，这大大加重了人民的苦难，使百姓生活得苦不堪言。所以当你做一名决策者时请务必不要独断专行。
