阳光甚好的午后，或是因为赶路回家或是因为有事出门，走在路上，看到怡然自得地躺在地上晒太阳的猫咪或狗狗，总有一股羡慕之情，从我心里自然升腾。
好想躺下来，不顾任何人的眼光，就那样躺在地上。
可是，大概一辈子都做不到。有时候倒是可以暂时在江边的草地上躺一会儿。闭上眼睛，谁都看不见，沉醉在只有自己的世界里。
2.自由移动的可能性
3月初的一天，我很低落地，在苏州乘车。
看着和杭州相似的植物、建筑物、广告牌。哪怕是第一次去过的地方，也不会觉得生疏或有担心的感觉。只是很自在而已。
因为某些东西是相似的，所以会在不同的空间里到别样的亲切感。由此，我推测，以后我也能在这里找到一个属于自己的空间。这样的想法，让当时低落的我十分安心。
3.时间的冲突
《不做》与《慢生活，慢美好》的.作者——辻信一教授写过，地球时间、生物时间和人类时间、社会时间是不同的。
人的时间是以几十年为一世代，大树可以长到几千年，煤和石油需要几亿年才能形成。
他说，如今发生的许多环境问题，正是由于这几种时间之间起了冲突，比如人类时间没有尊重生物时间，人类只顾自己走得快，不管生物演变的缓慢步伐。
其实，人与人之间的冲突、矛盾、问题，不也可以归结至此吗？每个人的节奏都不同，小孩、大人，男人、女人，公务员、老师、办公室职员……不同年龄、身份、地位、工作及处境的人们，都活在与他人不同的时间表里。起冲突是常有的事，因为每个人都不一样。重要的是，要理解彼此的不同，尊重彼此的不同。
4.在与不在
一群人聚会的时候，我的身体尚且在现场，可我心里只想着快点离开这里，或是拿出手机和别人聊天。那感觉，仿佛已置身于另一个世界。
5.偏执
我有个做石锅拌饭的陶锅。这锅子，每次只能煮半锅食物。其实用铁锅做好饭菜，然后倒进陶锅保温，也是可以的。可我偏偏喜欢用陶锅做，做得少一点，煮得慢一点。
我和别人的时间不太一样，走得比较慢。有些方面，没来由地偏执。他说我像猫，也许是吧。
6.柔软的幸福
“幸福就是温柔又柔软的东西”，这话一点不假。不管是大白抱枕也好，还是爱人、朋友、妈妈的拥抱，又或是诚恳真切的话语，都是这般的存在。
