收不齐作业是班级的一个普遍现象，也是很多老师的痛苦，班里面总是有那么几位学生，不能按要求把家庭作业做完。要么有些题空着不做就交，要没就是因为没有写而编出各种各样的理由。经过老师的督促学生能把作业交上来了，但是，收上来的作业良莠不齐。不，应该说相当糟糕。为此，崔老师几经苦思冥想，终于想出了解决作业的好办法－－－－－－－－采用“集星换本子”的方法。她的这一办法极大地调动了学生的学习兴趣，对于孩子而言，完成作业再也不是一件苦差事了。

读完这本书让我想起了余华的《活着》，庆幸的是这本书没那么悲惨，结局还算完美。
这本书主要讲述了阿米尔四十年来生活的种种，同仆人哈桑的“亲密无间”，两小无猜，随着爸爸对哈桑的亲密态度让其产生严重的嫉妒心，随后在其十三岁生日的时候诬陷哈桑致其不得不离开。因为阿富汗的战乱让阿米尔父子两不得不迁移美国，由之前的富裕状态变得普普通通。随着时间的流逝，父亲的去世，慢慢所有的谜底都被揭开，因为对哈桑的愧疚，心里的痛楚，阿米尔为了完成自己的救赎，为了做一个好人他终于再次踏上阿富汗之路，那个他和哈桑童年一起玩耍的地方。不幸的是哈桑本人依旧把他的少爷当成他最好的朋友但最终却没能见上最后一面，庆幸的是哈桑的儿子还在，一个给阿米尔救赎的唯一稻草。
通读全文，文中的开头与结尾前后呼应，开头记述了与哈桑追风筝，结尾记述了为索拉博追风筝，此时此刻主人公两种不同的心境。
所有的细节需要自己慢慢品味，在读这本书的时候我承认读到最后眼眶湿润了，或许就像索拉雅所说：好的作品往往都是悲伤的。为你，千千万万遍！

看完这本书最大的感悟是：认知真的很重要。
书里讲了运动，因为运动的重要性引发了我一直喜欢的一句话“自律使我自由”!因为运动，我们可以有更深层次的自我认知，这让我想起了5.6月份晚上自己的夜跑，那段时间我很轻松，也很愉悦。甚至可以说有‘幸福感’。
书里强调了“别熬夜”。借此，我想给大家推荐一下《超级演说家》的.周西，看完她的演讲，我相信各位会有一个不一样的认知。因为：没有任何事，任何人，值得你用健康换!
书里说了阅读，哇，好开心，我一直有断断续续地阅读，因为阅读，我们有了思考，也因为阅读，我们的心智银行储蓄会越来越棒!通过自身的努力，把无序的存储变成有序的认知!
当然，书里还说了其他好多的干货，很多值得思考，最后两部分值得我们细细推敲：因为认知，我们有活在未来的格局，才有享受当下的资格!
