虽说十月的早晨凉丝丝的,但同学们极度的兴奋,没有让他们感觉到一丝凉意。拓展训练马上开始了,老师让学生排队进入场地,家长紧随其后。场地内早有几位英姿飒爽穿着迷彩服的教官在欢迎我们。首先,教官给我们和家长发了迷彩服,等我们全部换上了迷彩服,所有的\'家长和同学都变成了军绿色,一个个好威武、好神气呀,我也变成小军人了!领头的教官把我们分成了三个队,吩咐我们各自给小队起队名、口号和队歌。我被分在了第三队,我们这一队的成员很活跃,为自己起了个好听的队名”红星队“,还有一个响亮的口号”红星红星我最亮“。场地上,三个队热火朝天的训练着。第一项比赛开始了,雄鹰队、蚂蚁队,还有我们红星队个个斗志昂昂,不过最终是我们红星队获得了胜利,我们高声欢呼着。第二项是气球接力赛,同学们各自把气球顶在头与前面同学的脖子中间,听着家长的指导,努力的比赛着,很快这一轮的比赛结束了,我们红星队又赢得了胜利。休息了一会儿,我们又进入了第三项的比赛——盲人接力。这一项比赛特别有意思,有些家长在教官的错误引诱下竟跑偏自己的跑道十万八千里,把大家乐的捧腹大笑,太好笑了,哈哈哈……今天的活动内容特别的丰富,我们通过自己的努力,捡到了许多弹壳,同学之间学会了分享。

中午,老师、家长和同学们共同完成了一顿集体大餐——美味的饺子。在这么大的集体里吃着自己包的饺子是多么的美味呀!下午,大家不畏炎热,又进行了齐心协力比赛和同学们最为期待的CS真人对战活动,同学们玩的热火朝天,特别的开心。活动在同学们充满快乐的笑声中结束了,是那么的开心和令人难忘。多么希望今后有更多这样的机会。

上午,我们去参观了隧道博物馆,从中知道了许多关于隧道的知识。原来我们家附近的.大连路隧道是我出生那年建成的,和我一样也九岁了呢!

下午,我们去东南东参观,这里是孩子们的乐园,让我们今天体验生活,也当一回小大人。其中,我最感兴趣的是做寿司。我本以为做寿司很容易,谁知刚开始就不顺利。我不是把米饭撒了,就是卷得太难看,看着同学们都变魔术似的做了一个又一个,我却一个也没完成,心里十分焦急,心想:唉!怎么办呢?我有点灰心丧气,想打退堂鼓。这时史佳走过来,关心地问:“你怎么了?”“我总是做不好。”我嘟着嘴生气地说。听后,她一边做一边耐心地说:“别灰心,我来教你。首先把一张海苔放在竹帘上,再把手浸在水里防止拿米饭时粘手,接着再把米饭铺在海苔上,然后把海苔卷起来,最后一只手拿着寿司,一只手拉竹帘,一个美味的寿司就完成了。”我照着她的方法果然做出了一个个精美的寿司。望着我亲手做的散发出诱人香味的寿司,还真舍不得吃呢!我挑了两个外观最漂亮的寿司包好准备带回家给爸爸妈妈吃。接着我又做了几个分给同学们品尝,看着他们狼吞虎咽的样子,我开心极啦!不知不觉中,返程的时间到了。我和同学们依依不舍地离开了东南东,乘上返程车。

回到家,我迫不及待地拿出寿司给爸爸妈妈品尝。爸爸切了一块放在嘴里,慢慢地品尝着,眼睛眯成一条缝,像是在品味一道美味佳肴,连连称赞:“太棒了,真好吃!”我听了美滋滋的,心里乐开了花。

今天秋游真开心,既增长了我的科学知识,又培养了我的动手能力,还能吃到美味的寿司呢!
