记得在我刚上六年级时，语文成绩特别差，成为我学习上的阻力。我很想提高语文成绩，于是，我把自己的学习计划写在书本上，以时刻提醒我“不要掉队”，上课认真听讲，不懂时举手问老师，用心读记写古诗词，我当初的记忆力特别不好，别人读一遍的东西，我非要读三、四遍不可，不然我理解不了，别人在玩耍时，我努力回顾今天所学的知识，将今天学的和昨天学的知识混合一起，嘴里“叽叽”的说着，别人看见了还以为“神经病”，自言自语的。我一起谨记着：“如果自己现在不努力，那么在班上就没有名次，也想在小考之后，看看自己的真实成绩。”就这样的话，一直是我心中的黄金钻戒，用自己的努力把黄金钻戒驱回原来的光芒。
小考之后，成绩为班上25名，在校内占前50名，多亏了这次语文成绩的`增进。我很轻松的考了93分的成绩，我，心动不已。
只有坚韧，才能将劣势为优势。
其实，小鹰在刚刚成长时，不善于飞翔，这就成为小鹰的劣势了，自己得在自然界中生存，就必须要克服困难，才能在自然界存活，在思考后不久，小鹰每天早晨起来，从树下爬到树上，这是非常艰辛的，如有不甚就会摔落在地面，很痛的。由于每天的坚持、努力，终于在二、三个月后它飞翔在长空，享受成果的艰辛。
困难，不怕，因为我们是当代的青年，应像小鹰一样，勇敢面对，才能在社会中生存。
只有坚持，努力，才能将劣势为优势。
希腊著名的演说家克劳思费斯，在年幼时，说话都说不清楚，成为他奋斗目标的一大阻力，他说：“不管用什么方法，经历怎样的痛苦，他都会迎难而上，毫不退缩。”为了解决这个困难，他每天早上把石头放进自己的嘴里，不是吃，而是保留在嘴巴中，用劲地喊着，努力坚持了八年、九年，终于解决了这个问题，在一次大会上，以出色、有力的演说博得全场观众的热烈掌声。
