记得有一次，我和妈妈去登山，出门时候晴空万里，爬山爬到一半的时候，突然，雷声大作，下起了倾盆大雨，果真八月的天，就像孩子的脸，说变就变。这时台阶上泥泞极了，有些滑，还布满了荆棘。抬头向下望，山路陡峭极了，好像一不小心就会掉下去似的，让人觉得有些后怕。我的心里不禁开始打起了退堂鼓。抬头一看，崎岖蜿蜒的山路似乎没有止境，看不到尽头。“还有这么长的路，要走多久啊！”我的心里默默这样想着。
