因为卖票的原因，我虽然身为南京人，虽然已经10岁了，但我却只去过一次玄武湖公园。记得那是我上大班时，那时我的身高还不需要买票，带我到玄武湖里开了一次电动船，后来长高了，就不愿带我去了，他们说，省下几十块钱干什么不好？现在好了，玄武湖公园终于免费开放了。
从电视上得知，仅10月1日国庆节当天，就有30万人涌入玄武湖公园，可以说是人挤人、人挨人，一眼望去，全是人的脑袋，我和爸爸先后几次坐车经过这里，那么高的人气，真是让小商贩笑掉了牙，让累坏了腰。
爸爸对我说：“虽然免费了，但因为是‘黄金周’，我们本地人不去添乱，让外地来南京游玩的同胞们玩得地方大一些、开朗些……”
在全国其他地方的`公园一片涨价声中，为什么我们南京的公园却能做到免费？我想恐怕离不开这两条原因：一是改革开放为我们南京积累了一定的资金，让南京有底气这么做；二是我们南京市的领导考虑问题大气，是大发展的需要，也是创建和谐社会的需要。
