I spent the whole day at home nearly every day, I played with my computer .I played computer games and surved the Internet. during the vacation I,I still stayed in touch with my classmates and my friends.I thinked I hasve been a potatoes mouse .
Even though my vacation wasn’t crazy and exciting, but I really learnt a lot. It was good for relaxing, and I am getting ready for the coming new term now. Good-bye, my winter vacation.

我的《新华字典》是妈妈在一年级时候买来给我学习用的。它大约有一本语文书的一半大，却比书厚三四倍。它长得方方正正的，鲜艳的外套上醒目地印着端端正正的`四个粗体字——新华字典。字上面是“新华字典”的大写拼音“XINHUAZIDIAN”，字下面印着三个小黄字“第11版”，往下是一个像一本打开的书一样的标志，标志下是一片生机勃勃满载希望的绿。字典里装满了知识，是一个浩瀚的字的海洋，它认识成千上万的中国汉字，不仅让我感受到中国汉字的奇妙，还是我学习的好帮手。
一次，我写作文时，“liao”(第四声字不知道怎么写，我便拿出了《新华字典》查找，原来，这个字就在字典的306页。很快，我就认识了这个字，并把“撂”字认认真真练习书写了多遍。又有一次，我在津津有味地读书的时候，看到了“訇”字。我想：中间有“言”那它有可能读“yan”（第二声）吧？但是，“拿”字有“手”不读“shou”（第三声）呀！于是，我又翻开字典，仔细查找起来，原来，“訇”字不读“yan”（第二声），读“hong”（第一声），是形容响声很大的意思，如“訇然、訇的一声……”等。瞧！我的字典“老师”多棒啊！
一下子就让我学到了新知识。还有一次，我在做语文知识训练习题，手上的笔不停地在纸上“刷刷”地写着。做完一题后，再做另一题时，我愣住了！这一题的要求是：解释带点的“告”字在不同句子里的意思。我想：这下可又要辛苦辛苦我的“老师”啦。这题里每个句子中都使用了这个相同的“告”字，但它在每个句子里的意思却截然不同。我的眼睛都看花了，最后准备逐句逐句地解决。我先把每个句子读了几遍，细细它们的含义，然后请出我的好伙伴——《新华字典》，来探索这个多义字的秘密。果然，“告”字有五种解释：其一，把事情向人陈述；其二，为了某事而请求；其三，检举、控诉；其四，表明；其五，宣布或表示某种情况的实现。我把合适的解释都整整齐齐地写在每一小题的后面，正确地完成了练习。这时，我又不由得感谢我的“老师”——《新华字典》用学识渊博的“头脑”为我解决了一个又一个的学习难题，让我领略了汉字的奇妙……就这样，我养成了没事爱翻翻字典的习惯，这个习惯给我的学习生活带来了无穷的益处。
《新华字典》的许多好处我就不一一细述了，我对它异常爱惜，我把它保存得非常好。每次用它的时候，从不让它叠折一个角，用过它，我总是小心翼翼地把它放进书橱里。我的《新华字典》伴随着我度过了四个多春秋，现在我都上小学五年级了，它依然勤勤恳恳地帮助我。只要我有不懂的字或不明白的字义，就毫不犹豫地去请教它，它也总是不厌其烦地向我解释，让我获得新的知识，陪伴我学得更精，懂得更多！
我珍爱我的《新华字典》，我要更加努力学习，勤奋读书，来报答它对我的帮助。

Spring came with ail its glories. The new grass exposed its green colour. The pretty flowers opened their blossoms. We were tempted to go for an outing.
It was Sunday, the 20th of April We set out very early on bikes, carrying bottles of champagne, beer and bags of cakes, bacon and cooked eggs. We rode along the winding paths in the fields, across the meadows and down the roads. The willow were fresh and green. The swallows were flying to and fro, up and down the sky. The birds, like musicians, snang their melodious songs in the trees, and the butterflies, like colorful dancers, were fluttering here and there. We breathed the fresh air deeply and laughed heartily.
At 10 am we arrived at the foot of the Shushan Hill. We left our bikes with a bike repairing shop and began to climb up the Hill. Near the top, under a big tree with luxuri ant foliage we had our picnic. We drank and ate, talked and laughed. After the picnic we stood in the breeze with our hands on our waists, enjoying the fine landscape. Then we lay on the grass talking about our life and studies.
At about 4 pm , we returned with balmy greenness on our backs and freshness in our hearts.
