浪漫一点的英语小作文【一】

阅读《做个“懒”一点的老师》，是我感到在日常的教学活动中存在许多问题，有待改进。

陈鹤琴说过：“帮助孩子最好只用一只手。” 放手让孩子去做。但是午睡起来后，有些孩子自己不会穿衣服，跑过来说：“老师，我不会穿。”我虽然嘴上一直说下次要自己穿了，但每次我都会帮他们，后来我发现有些孩子并不是真的不会穿，而是想要老师帮着穿。看了这篇文章我发现，书中的观点某种程度上真的很符合我的情况。我一直给予孩子帮助以为是对他们好，却使得孩子变懒了。

阅读这篇文章后，我发现我需要改变我的做法了。当孩子跑来要我帮他穿衣服时，我拒绝帮他穿，让他自己学着穿，实在不会就请小朋友帮忙。结果发现，虽然慢了点，但是他们还是能够自己穿好的，我以前给予的帮助其实完全是没有必要的。

在我们班里，有个小朋友中午吃饭时，总是吃的.很慢，而且吃很久也吃不完，长的瘦瘦小小的，最后总要喂饭才肯吃完。询问她的家长后了解到，原来在家里一直都是大人喂饭的，所以在学校里没人喂饭她就不想吃了。我们像她的家人说明了情况后，建议他们以后吃饭时试着不要喂饭，在学校里吃午饭时我们也不喂饭。其实孩子是会自己吃饭的，只是吃的很慢很慢而已，也容易不专心。现在，家里学校都不喂饭了，她一开始还是不怎么肯吃，但坚持几天后，她就知道，就算不吃也没人喂饭的，她就只能自己吃了。在学校里，如果吃饭很认真，我就会表扬她，发现她又不专心了，停下了勺子，我就会提醒她：“快点吃哦，吃了才能长的高。”持续一段时间，她的吃饭情况已经比以前改善很多了，虽然有时还是会很慢，但能自己吃完一碗饭了。

在绘画课时，有的孩子一开始画画就跑过来说：“老师，我不会画。”小班的小朋友这样的话，老师可能是会帮助他的，但是现在，我们班的小朋友已经中班了，绝对不能在去帮助他了，我总是会让他们试着画画看，好不好看没关系，最重要的是自己有认真在画。我想如果帮他画了，我就不是在帮助他，而是害了他，限制了他创作型思维的发展，而他自己画的话，开动了自己的脑筋，想着该怎么画才能更好看。

书中说到，小作者跌倒了，他的“懒”爸爸却不去扶起他，还说：“是你自己不小心的嘛，赶快爬起来吧!”遇到难题向“懒”爸爸请教时，爸爸也不帮忙，只说：“你自己仔细看看，再想想。”结果这个“懒”爸爸培养出了坚强的女儿、勤快的女儿、能***女儿。也许我们也能向这个“懒”爸爸学习，做一个懒一点的老师，相信孩子的力。
