由于孩子们非常迫切地希望到社会、到大自然中去开阔眼界，去学习在书本里学不到的东西。为了满足学生们这合理的需求，根据学校工作安排，定于11月13日（本周星期六）组织学生到杨村甸及有关学校进行为期一天的参加、联谊活动。现将相关事项告知各位家长：
1、此次外出活动学校将派9名领导负责学生的管理，确保学生外出活动全程安全。
2、为了培养学生的健康和卫生习惯，养成节约和环保意识，请家长为孩子准备好垃圾袋（小学生要带"文明随身袋"）。学校建议各位家长给学生的零用钱不要超过30元，另外，建议家长不要让学生带照相机和手机等贵重物品前往，以免丢失。
3、外出活动前，学校将进行专门的安全教育，也请各位家长在家对孩子进一步强调外出的`注意事项，并请家长督促孩子于11月13日早上8：00前到学校，8：10准时乘车出发。
4、这次活动本着自愿参加的原则，请家长和孩子一起商量并决定是否参加。不管选择参加或不参加此次活动的学生，家长一定在回执中注明，并将回执交学校团委徐嫒萍主任（选择参加此次活动的学生务必在11月13日早上8：00前交，选择不参加此次活动的学生务必在11月15日即下周星期一交）。

星期三的晚上，爸爸、妈妈带着我去参加青少年活动中心举办的游园活动，我心里非常的高兴。
6：30的时候我们就到了活动的地方，只见有许多的活动项目一字排开，有：钓鱼、甩球、记忆力、日常用语等游戏。我看的眼花缭乱，都想去玩一下。妈妈说：“先去人少的`项目，这样就不会浪费时间”。我点点头，于是我去了甩球游戏的地方，我们三个小朋友一组，老师把一个装有乒乓球的篓子系在我腰上，当开始时，我就上下左右的扭身子，在一分钟内全部把球甩出来，结果取的比赛的胜利，老师奖励我一张鼓励卡。
第二个项目我去钓鱼，我想：钓鱼很简单，看我给你露一手。但第一次我只钓了五条鱼，我很伤心，因为没有鼓励卡，妈妈对我说：“不要灰心，你很棒，但没有掌握方法，第二次再试一下吧”。在第二次的钓鱼中，我吸取的第一次的教训，结果获的了鼓励卡，我心里非常的开心。
通过这次活动，我学到了很多知识，今天晚上是我最高兴的夜晚。

此时，我已经累得筋疲力尽了，但我终于走回来了。回忆远足过程，我心情十分激动。
我的体质并不是很好，八十里的路程，刚走不到十里路时，我的脚便开始发疼，腿开始发软，但看着其他同学都迈着轻快的\'步子前进，我告诉自己：我不比别人差，别人行，我也行。于是我便不顾脚疼、腿软，加快脚步前行，尽管我努力不让自己去想自己的脚和腿，但疼痛渐渐加巨，我无法不去顾及。我开始希望：“马上昏倒吧!让我上车吧!”这是软弱的我发出的呼喊，但我的另一面——坚强的我，立即击败了软弱的我，打消了这种念头，坚强的我告诉软弱的我：这次远足的目的就是要磨练你的意志，像你刚才的想法，那是懦夫的所为……“我不要做懦夫!”心里高喊着，我继续充满信心地前进。
忽然，有同学唱起了歌：“你说风雨中这点痛算什么?擦干泪，不要问为什么……”听了这歌声，我仿佛又充满了力量，步子不再沉重，显得轻快了。这使我感悟到：“态度决定一切”，只要我的思想态度端正了，那么便不再怕困难，或者说没有了困难。
“同学们注意，再走一段就到休息地了。”听到了这句话，我又一次充满了力量，我觉得胜利就在前方，我想同学们的感受和我一样，因为同学们都加快了脚步。我由此体会到确立目标的重要性，然而为了实现这一目标，我们还须确立一些小目标，这样我们才不会感到胜利很遥远，才会永远觉得胜利就在前方，永远不放弃，永远前进。
虽然远足很累，但我受益匪浅，最主要的便是磨炼了意志。所在我想说：“如果有机会，我还要参加远足。”
