1.将白糖放入碗内，加桂花、麻仁、面粉少许，再加开水少许拌匀，放在案上，用刀拍成1.5分厚片，改切1.5分见方的'丁，即成汤圆馅。
2.将江米面放入簸箕里。汤圆馅放在漏勺里，用凉水浸过，倒入簸箕内，用双手摇动，使汤圆馅沾满江米面，连续3次，即成汤圆。下入锅内煮10分钟左右，漂起即熟。
3.核桃仁用开水冲两次，剥去外皮剁碎，小枣洗净，用凉水浸泡12小时。
4.把江米、核桃仁、小枣肉放人碗中，加清水200克拌匀，用小磨磨一遍，成为细浆。
5.净勺放开水，下入白糖，上火见开，撇去浮沫，迅速将核桃仁浆下入，搅匀成粥状，至熟，盛于碗内，将煮熟汤圆捞入即成。
