作为导游专业的一员,虽然我没有直接参与员工的招聘工作,但我认为,在我们挑选酒店新员工时应该做到宁缺毋滥,必须将新员工是否具有亲和力作为入选的必备条件。因为没有亲和力的员工显然无法与客人进行良好的沟通。严格管理体制是管理好酒店的首要条件,提高服务员的素质,加强安全防范。

当天他们接待企业家年会的团队,工作很忙,客人很多,大厅里服务人员也挺多,但是忙而不乱,井井有条,不会因为忙而忽略到任何一个客人,任何一位员工。他们不管碰到谁都会热情、微笑,满面春风地与你打招呼。
我想有任何的问题在这里应该都可以得到很好地解决。我深感华天服务被称之一种境界,有时自己不仅深思:这是如何做到的呢,自己和自己团队又该如何做到呢,让每个员工都充满热情的工作,这也是服务行业致胜的法宝吧!
