May first is a Sunday. And it is the Labor’s Day. My mother said to me :“Open your eyes！And look out of the window. What a fine day! Let’s go to park.” So my mother, my classmate and I went to the park. We took some foods in my schoolbag.
On the way to the park. I saw the blue sky with snow-white clouds. I saw pear trees and some apple trees and so on. Below the trees, there are several kinds of flowers. It’s colorful, blue, red, yellow, pink, purple, orange and white. I saw some balloons and butterflies in the sky. I ate popcorn, cornflakes, banana and lollipop. They were wonderful. In the afternoon, we went to the zoo. I visited the birds, mice, cats, dogs, budgies, hamsters, rabbits and so on.

鲜艳的五星红旗在蓝天的\'映衬下冉冉升起，大队辅导员向我们宣布一个好消息，今年学校又调来一位新校长，姓刘，大家欢迎刘校长做国旗下讲话。在雷鸣般的掌声中，刘校长快步走上台去。我踮起脚尖，伸长脖子，想早点儿看看新校长什么样？看到了，眼前的刘校长大约三十来岁，皮肤白白的，穿着朴素大方。只见刘校长接过辅导员手中的话筒，微笑着说：“各位老师，同学们，大家好……”啊！声音清脆悦耳，我凝神细听。“……看到同学们如花的脸庞，感到格外的高兴……”多么亲切的话语，虽然音响效果不太好，还有漫天的稻飞虱在乱飞，但我还是不由自主地被刘校长吸引，听得更认真了：“……最后，我送给同学们一份礼物——三颗心，爱心，恒心，信心……有了爱心，洁白的墙壁上就不会留下你我的脏脚印，干净的走廊上就不会有你我撒下的饭粒……最后，愿你们用爱心去生活，用恒心去学习，用信心去点燃希望的灯火！”台下再次想起雷鸣般的掌声。
集体晨会结束了，走在回教室的路上，刘校长那番意味深长的话语依然在耳边回响。

It is a memory full of joy that we have 3 day off for labor’s day. To celebrate this short holiday, my uncle decided to take us to Yangmei ancient town to have a visit.
The road to the town is really painful. We waited for about 4 hours to board the ship. The mosquito on the road made my little cousin cry all the time. I felt just like it was the worst day in my life. Our car was in the end of line, and the start of the line was unknown. They said there was only one ship that only brings 8 cars at a time. I considered going home but I really wanted to have a look at that ancient town, so we waited. Thank god. The endless waiting did have an end. We arrived Yangmei at 2 o’clock in the afternoon.
The town is really amazing. Modern architectural design seems no effect the buildings there. People there still live in the house make of woods and black brick. They grow plants in the house. In the hall, it is evergreen, means the family is like the plant never decays. In the front door are some flowers with bright color, or a tree with age. The family tree is on the wall. We can see the beginning of their family was Ming Dynasty. One of the restaurants there impressed me. The restaurant is an ancient house of a big and rich family. The house is old with a bed where people lay and did some reading in the old times. The most interesting thing was that there are two red bridal sedan chairs in the front door. They are telling the love and marriage in the old days. The house also has an attic. Water flows through the tube on the left side of it.
A river runs through this town, and the water is clean. We chose a riverside restaurant to have our lunch. The food there was wonderful. We had a good time there. Despite the traffic jams. Yangmei is really a good place to visit. I hope I can visit there again when all the roads and ships are ready for cars.

终于到了，张家洼植物园中，的的确确很美，玉兰林、杏花林、榆叶梅等等，由于一些地方，都没有说明指示牌，于是，我们在植物园中，发起了一场近乎于“元妃大观园题匾额”的景象。
大家都竞相为各种景物起名字，虽不比元妃、宝玉、黛玉等人有学问，起的名字有意境、含蕴，可是却也热闹不输于其，大家那积极性也是不逊于当然，而例如“翡翠湖”、“浴花林”、“雨帘瀑”等名字，也相继浮出水面，出入于小记者们的口中。而美丽的景色中，“万条垂下绿丝绦”的柳树林、白玉色和桃红色的玉兰、水面如平镜的小湖、落梅点点红的榆叶梅等，吸引着大家的眼球，调皮着大家的脚步。
离开植物园，到了小三峡，大家又脚步不停的.爬山，一个个轻装上阵，排好队伍，按不住脚步的往上跑，好几百米的路程，没几分钟，就让我们走完了，什么天绿湖山庄的，没多会儿，就出现在眼前，记得有两副：“游仙境流连忘返，食美味乐不思蜀”“青山绿水酒飘香，登山路水游仙境”。更是体现小三峡之美，大家不停地忙着拍照、爬山、逗猴子、逗狐狸、荡秋千、赏美景，不亦乐乎，真是不知道做什么的好。美的大家简直像打了兴奋一样，全身活力四射！
饭后，大家一起去雪野湖，别提，围着雪野湖跑个大半天，还真是有趣，累汗中，却又夹杂着运动的喜悦，和美景的安慰，大家跑跑停停，聊着有趣的话题和开心的笑料，而等大家好不容易到了雪野湖，却顾不上休息，飞奔的坐到地上，玩着冰冷的水，让凉凉的水渗到皮肤，着自然的沁凉……
大家快乐的返回，回忆着这丰富多彩，百感交集的一天！

那天、我们刚上完音乐课，一回到教室，就听到广播里说：“请三四年级同学马上到操场上来集合。”曾老师一听，带着同学们下来了。
“范士瑞，你带着参赛队员去操场。”曾老师说道。范士瑞带着我们来到操场，做起了赛前的准备活动。四年级参赛队员请准备，预备 跑。一开始由我们班的女生跑，一开始女生并没有取得非常好的成绩，说实话，我们班四（一）的女生与四（二）班女生相差实力悬殊，可是到了陈方雨这位女生中的跑步健将，情况发生了改变，只见，陈方雨使出了全身解数，追赶四（二）班女生，距离渐渐地缩短了，十米、八米、六米、三米，陈方雨竟然和对手在同一线上！陈方雨成功递棒。
轮到我们男生了，范士瑞接到了陈方雨递的\'棒，如同一只离弦的箭，嗖的一声就窜走了。范士瑞在前半圈一直遥遥领先，可是突然有点体力透支，速度放慢了下来，四（二）班男生抓住这个时期，加快速度，把距离缩短了不少。范士瑞一看对手追了上来，也不管三七二十一，之往前冲。范士瑞刚跑一会好像又小腹疼痛，捂着小腹继续跑，真是“好事多磨”啊。
在后面的几个人，都并没有什么好的成绩，只到我这一棒。
我接过接力棒，风一般跑了出去。我的前半圈几乎在试探对手，或者说在畜力。我到了后半圈，突然加速，把对手打了个措手不及。我一下子超过了对手十米。递棒……
这次的第一并不归功于谁，而是这个集体的合作

There are many ways of traveling, People may travel by plane if they want to travel far and reach their destination in a shorter time. It is the most comfortable but expensive way.Most people travel by train because it is a less expensive way but the compartments are cramped and stuffy. Bus journey is a cheaper way but it is spent on narrow, bumpy roads which are crowded with traffic. Trips by ship may be the cheapest and most comfortable way but it takes too much time.
I tike traveling by bike. I can set out when I like and stop when I like. I can go wherever I like so that I can enjoy delightful spots rarely visited by other travelers. When I feel tired, I sit down by the bike and have a good rest. Besides, I can save much money for tickets and much time in waiting for the train or bus. I can cover more places by riding a bike than going on foot.
Traveling by bike is good to health. It is really a sort of good exercise to strengthen one‘s muscles and to test one‘s will. Moreover, it brings no pollution to the air. So it helps to clean the atmosphere.
