“嘀嗒，嘀嗒……”雨也来了。不一会儿，雨下大了，变成了“啪嗒，啪嗒……”的雨声。最后又变成了“哗啦啦，哗啦啦……”的倾盆大雨。雨打在地上，溅起了一个又一个大的水花。我惆怅地望着天，心中无比凄凉。“小姑娘，你没带伞吧？你家在哪儿？要不阿姨送你回去吧！”一个温和的声音响起在我的耳畔。我蓦然回首，一个三四十岁左右的阿姨映入我的眼帘。她微笑着，温柔的看着我。看着阿姨，我竟忘了回答。阿姨似乎看穿了我，说：“来，阿姨送你回家。”说完，撑起了雨伞……外面的雨越下越大，阿姨紧紧牵着我的手。雨伞超我这边倾斜着，她的另一边都被大雨淋湿了。回到家，我十分激动地向她道谢，她轻轻的说：“我也有一个女儿，年龄和你差不多，我只希望以后她遇到这种事情的时候，也有人为她撑起一把伞。”听了阿姨的话，我的眼睛湿润了。

巴顿有一句名言："有一种东西，比才能更罕见，更优美，更珍奇，那就是自知之明。"
做人要有自知之明。骄傲自大，弄虚作假，到头来只能空虚一生，丢了真情，丢了良心！
在这里，我想起了一个故事：
战国时，齐国大夫邹忌，长得比较帅气。一天早晨，他穿戴完毕，照着镜子，问妻子："我和城北的徐公相比，谁漂亮？"妻子回答："您漂亮，徐公怎能比得上您呢。"
徐公是齐国的美男子，邹忌对妻子的回答不大相信，于是他又问了他的妾："我和徐公相比，谁漂亮？"妾也说："徐公怎能比得上您呢！"
第二天，有一位客人来做客，邹忌和他聊天，就问客人："我和徐公谁漂亮？"客人说："徐公不如您漂亮！"
又隔了一天，正好徐公来访。相比之下，邹忌感到自己确实不如徐公美。事后，邹忌细想：本来我不如徐公漂亮，可是妻子、妾、客人都说我漂亮，原来是因为妻子偏爱我，妾惧怕我，客人有求于我！看，邹忌就是一个有自知自明的人。
自知之明，就是自己要了解自己，对自己有正确的看法，不要过高估计自己。
一个人若没有自知之明，总以为自己是无与伦比的天才，对别人正确的意见也听不进，那就不会进步，影响自己事业的进展，甚至失败。再说，若自己没有自知自明，总是自以为是，也会使身边的朋友不满，最后会一个个地离开……
