张扬个性，才赢得他人的'注目。梁稳根创股份改革之举，张扬时代个性，才赢得后世企业纷纷注目；怀素和尚立草书之风，张扬心理个性，才赢得后世书法家频频侧目，频频称赞。反观仲永之辈，一心默默，默默一心，一生无个性的旅程，最终落到“泯然众人矣”的地步。由此观之，若没有张扬个性之举，哪有后人称赞之声？
张扬个性，才赢得社会的点赞。在利益至上，人人为己的社会大潮中，“最美教师”张丽莉、“最美司机”吴斌面对生与死的考验，毅然舍己为人，不顾生命安全，救人性命。也正是这样的精神闪光点，才赢得社会的一致好评。北宋名相范仲淹，在黑暗腐朽的宫场，独自抒发“先天下之忧而忧，后天下之乐而乐”的慷慨之心，于百姓之力呼唤民生之举，才赢得了万代教师，荣光的名垂青史。反观那些汲汲于幌营狗苟之徒，跟随大众的步伐，结果也不过是身葬九泉，为后人鄙夷唾骂。由此观之，若没有个性的张扬，哪有后世的声声传诵？
然而，张扬个性要把握“度”的平衡。个性张扬过了头，结果也就出了格。祢衡恃才傲物，只以孔融，杨修二人为榜样，对他人不顾一屑，他三易主公，曹操，刘表，黄祖被其傲气所怒，最终，他被黄祖一剑斩***，成为后人***前饭后谈笑之资；反观张艺谋导演，为二零零八年奥运会开幕式筹备，将适度的中国个性展现，同时又融入世界文明优势精华，也正因为这样，才成就了奥运会开幕式的万众瞩目，人人自豪。
个性，就要张扬，张扬代表自信，若无自信，哪有抵御前方困难的勇气？正如浩浩大海中一艘船的帆布，若无张扬，风满虚空，哪有前行的动力？
张扬，是自信；个性，是闪光。有个性，要张扬！
