最难忘的便是第一次用双手感恩了养育我的父母.那是一个星期六，晚上我家吃饭比较晚，我拿着两个土豆走进了厨房，之后哈哈大笑的对妈妈说："妈妈，我做绝对比你做的'好吃。"我小心翼翼的削好了皮，要切丝了，说实话，打从我出生到现在，从没动过菜刀，不要说切土豆丝了，就连西瓜也没有切过，水果刀只动过两三次，尚无把水果切好，就先把手切了，但是，我照旧有信心做好的。
我怀着一颗七上八下的心，起头切土豆，土豆啊土豆，我上辈子是招你了照旧惹你了，你就不克不及听话点吗?我费了好大功夫才把土豆切完，随之传来我的尖叫，看我切的土豆，有的薄的能透过它看月亮，有的比那"嫦娥一号"火箭飞船还粗，怎么办啊?我硬着头皮把火打开，倒油，一心想着土豆丝的事，又把油倒多了，我真是个小马虎。先放葱，土豆丝，再放辣子，盐，再来炒，我的心情啊，美滋滋的，禁不住尝了一口，又一声尖叫，啊，太咸了，我又添了点水，看样子正确，便去看电视了，一阵子糊味飘来，啊，菜糊了，我赶快关火，把菜盛出来，做了丑陋的摆盘，叹息到："我的手艺真不怎么样！"爸爸妈妈吃了我炒的菜，啼笑皆非，我沮丧极了，把头垂的低低的，爸爸见我这样，便坐到我身边说："失败一次有什么了不起，失败乃成功之母啊！你看***妈做饭做了近二十年了，才气做恁地好，你也要打好基础才行，这一栋栋高楼大厦不都是先打好地基才可以盖好吗?以后你无论做什么都应该一点一点做起。而且要坚持，明白吗?""恩"我点点头.

半节课里我都在毁纸，时间一下就过了半节课，我旁边的几个人都已经开始收尾了，我这才刚刚开始。急啊！就在那直跺脚，真是手到用时方恨少，感觉脸上都麻木了。心里就一个念头：赶紧关键剪，当时也就随便剪了。马马虎虎地剪了个外形。又用到了我的冤家——美工刀，我闭着眼在纸上非常快地划，当然划得也很难看，美工刀发出滋滋的细响。
突然，啪，美工刀掉在了地上，就好像什么东西恶狠狠地咬了一口我的手指，紧接着我就用短促而尖锐的叫声吼了一句啊——。安静的气氛一下打破，全班沸腾了。我一下把手指拉了一道口子，鲜血顿时就流出来了，他们都齐刷刷地看着我。手的'痛和被全班瞪的尴尬一起堵上心头，这个痛就像千万根针扎在心和手上，眼泪就从眼缝里涌出来了。老师过来看了看，就马上去医务室拿创可贴了。
受伤了，忍忍吧，作业要紧。我就想着董存瑞想着黄继光，又投身于剪纸工作。我又在那猛划，教室里又慢慢安静下来。突然我又啊——的叫了一声，祸不单行！我又被自己划了一刀，还是同一个手指。这次教室是炸开锅了。一个同学说：你是不是划自己划上瘾了？另一个说：他是有‘自虐’倾向！这些话是一句一句地像美工刀一样划到我心里了。真没脸面啊，居然惊慌失措一伤再伤，真想把脑袋消尖了找个地缝钻进去。
这沉痛的两刀还给我带来了麻烦的后遗症——生活几乎不能自理，过了几星期伤口才好，幸好没留下什么疤痕，可再要看到美工刀，我整个人就发憷，不幸的两刀让我觉得这刀好像与我有仇！
