每天每当我端起饭碗，看着碗里香喷喷的米饭，我就不由自主地想起这首诗，我仿佛看见农民伯伯们在烈日当空的中午冒着酷暑，给禾苗锄草，他们的汗水如雨而下，一滴滴洒落在禾苗生长的土里。等禾苗长成沉甸甸的稻子后，农民伯伯们再把它们收割晒干，打成大米，到最后煮成米饭端上餐桌。这一粒粒的米饭都是农民伯伯们辛勤的汗水换来的，是多么的不容易！所以，每当我吃饭时，我都吃得特别的干净，也特别的小心，生怕米饭掉了，把农民伯伯们的辛勤劳动给浪费了。

鼎湖湾风景区，属国家2A级旅游区（点），位于灵宝市西阎乡文东村北 600米处，北濒黄河，东西长约3600米，南北宽约1800米，总面积约1万亩。原为大面积荷塘， 1960年前后，因三门峡大坝拦洪致使荷塘被毁。在此后的十多年间，地下泉涌，土肥水丰，草木丛生，芦兰疯长，蛙鸣鱼跃，鸟语花香，形成了鱼网环绕、苇路纵横、荷香婷婷、蒹葭苍苍的梦中绿园。
