这个星期五，我和胡涵，许文彬一起去参加英语讲故事比赛，这个参赛资格可是我好不容易才和别的同学争取来的，所以在练习时候要更尽心尽力了! 我还好在星期三上午，就把稿子背下来，星期四课间，上台表演就能发挥最好水平。
星期五，我就早早起床，穿好衣服，去化妆店，化上了妆，又把稿子背了几次，把书包放了就向城里出发。我们先坐16路再坐308。到了比赛场地，陈老师已经在那儿了。 我十分紧张。开始抽签了，看着周围陌生的脸，手心渐渐出了汗，但愿我不是第一个，但愿我能发挥出最好水平，但愿我不会出现差错。老师打开签，2号，老师暗自庆幸：“幸亏不是1号，也不在后面，听到后面，容易听觉疲劳。”可这时，我们又听到一个不好的消息：那排第一的学校没来，我先上。老师听了，马上对那个人说：“不行，再等一等，我们又没抽到1号，干什么让我们先?”我又排到了第三，终于轮到我了，我不能想象一个人站在一个大房子里，许多陌生人看着你那阴森的目光，太可怕了，我勉强挤出一丝笑容，走了进去，可当我一说起故事，我就不紧张了，讲完后，又蹦跳着出来，听见有位老师说：“这孩子的表情……” 我们学校比完后，老师带我们去玩了一会儿，吃了中饭就回了学校。 回到家，爸爸说我这次没说好，下次要做的更好，我也这么想的。 只要我尽力了，我就不后悔。

during these days in your class, i have learned much from you and it is very helpful to me. firstly, you let me know what is the west thinking pattern—straight thinking pattern. and, i think, it is very important to understand the west’s thoughts. as you know, this can help me with my examination and interaction with foreigners. secondly, i have got enough confidence in speaking in english from your class and it took me a long time to gain this confidence. now, i always express my ideas in english as possible as i can. it’s great to do that. the last not the least, i find that learning english is not an boring thing as before and i’m interested in studying english which was just a necessary task to pass examinations. reading, listening or speaking all become interesting and i really enjoy it.

周末，我来到玄武湖公园，毕竟这里是秋姑娘定下的地点。一进门，我的眼神就“唰”地一下漂移到了荷花上。它们此刻已经没有了夏日的.粉嫩，连同曾经碧绿的荷叶也一同低下了头，仿佛在反省自己的过错。走到湖边，望着那被绿藻淹没的岸边一角，我清晰地记得，在夏天这里还有小鱼、小螺蛳，可如今却不见了踪影，就像从来没有出现过一般。这一湖秋水因此而也显得倍加寂静。“也许这就是所谓“悲秋”的由来吧！”我缓缓地向公园深处走去。
林荫小道上，虽然同是秋，可这里的景致却与荷花池大大不同了。我跑到一丛灌木前，它已被染上了金黄色，与荷叶的土褐色形成了强烈的对比。有几片叶子从灌木上飘落，我不禁捡起一片叶子，细细观察起来：它有着锯齿状的边缘，细细的叶脉上微微泛起一丝亮丽的金黄。我将它轻轻地放入衣袋，经过季节更替的熏陶，它从春日那一片小小的嫩芽，变成了一件金黄的艺术品，这也许是秋姑娘赠与我的礼物之一吧！我抬起头来，整个林荫道也发生了变化——它从夏日的深绿变成了秋日的金黄。远远望去，仿佛通向世界的尽头。几片叶子从树上落下，在空中玩起了孙悟空的把戏，接连好几个后空翻，这才愿意与其它落叶同伴待在一起。看来秋也是有法力的魔法师啊！
秋，是寂静的；秋，是美丽的；秋，是充满情趣的。此刻，我正在拨弄着秋天的礼物，这令我忽然明白，也许，这本来就是秋姑娘这个可爱名字的来源吧！
嘘，别吵我，悄悄告诉你，其实秋姑娘邀我去与她玩耍呢！
