作为，曾经在乡镇中学教书一个月的我，可能真的能你的感受。但是我不建议你冒然辞职，因为从你给我的留言中，我觉得你不具备在外面闯出一片天地的能力。
就像歌词里唱的外面的世界很精彩，外面的世界也很无奈。你犹豫的原因竟然是怕比现在的工作差，或者工资差不多。
想想也是，英语专业毕业的，一毕业就回家乡工作，骨子里，应该还是追求比较稳定的工作，可内心总会有那么一点不甘心，不甘心就这样扎根乡镇，不甘心就这样一天天变土。
下面说说你不开心的原因，第一没有机会学习，提升自己。现在都是移动互联网时代了，想要学习，尤其英语的学习，网上有多少app、网站可以供你选择。
教学技能方面基本上没有老师可以学习，我也是醉了，这么多老师，就没有一点可取之处？
我以前也当过一段时间英语老师，我买了很多新东方的网络课程和参考书，我就模仿，研究他们的教学。我还做各地中考、高考英语试题，研究一些规律，把这些教给学生，学生成绩进步很快。
农村的环境和学生的素质，我就不多说了，这也是客观条件，要想改变，需要付出很大的心力，你都这么不开心了，相信也不愿意多做。其实，越是农村这样的环境下，越容易做出成绩。
我有个高中朋友大学毕业，去甘肃农村支教一年，看他照片上发的支教的照片，很辛苦，但他们和孩子们一起打篮球，一起上体育课，给她们组织元旦晚会，他经常批改作业到晚上十一点，给差生补课，去家访。讲他，可能有点远了，说说我大学的同学。
我有几个同学和学长也分到农村了，我给你讲讲他们的例子。有一个学长，比你还惨，大学非常优秀，分到山沟里去了，还教数学。当时他给孩子组织很多活动，非常努力，在山沟里搞起了心理学研究。一周给教育局长写一封信，提自己的意见，也说自己做了什么。三年后，他被调到市教育局工作，现在负责一个大型的教研项目，把与心理相关的夏令营举办的有声有色。
我还有一个校友，学习特别好，年年拿一等奖学金，但家庭条件不好，考老师也分到农村小学去了。冬天特别冷，取暖特别差，我见她的时候，她两只手都冻坏了。我当时看了就哭出来了，然后我们俩抱头痛哭。你能想象吗？大学，我们经常一起聊茨威格，一起聊荷尔德林，一起读诗，而现在在这鸟不拉屎的.地方度过自己最美的青春。
她当时安慰我，忍忍就好了。她年年被评为先进个人，县里市里的组织的活动都去参加，授课比赛获得一等奖，业余时间就写论文，毕业第三年的时候，市区的老师招考，在职老师也可以参加，她第一名高分通过，调到市区重点中学了。
你要问自己拿什么找到更好的工作？不是你选择社会，而是社会选择你。还有要不要考研改变什么，现在研究生想当老师、当公务员，那也要参加考试的。
上面说了那么多别人的事例，现在，我说说自己的建议，你首先要接受你的现状，抱怨、不开心没有任何益处。
既然现在的学校一般，你自己做到最好，拿到所有的荣誉。还有暑假寒假这么长的时间，你可以去市区找一个培训机构，教书的地方，学习经验。如果真的做的很好，可以不在乎编制，去这样的机构教书也挺好的。但我个人认为，你可能接受不了。
那就想办法，考出来，寻求机会。要想过上自己想要的生活，那就要忍受常人不能忍受的痛苦，克服人性的很多弱点。
自己不满意现状，抓住一切时间和精力提升自己呀，学习渠道是自己找的，没有谁能给你一个牛逼的未来，世界上也不存在救世主。你可能希望最好的结果，上天突然掉个披萨砸到你手里，我能给你一些灵丹妙药解决你的现状，可惜真的没有。
如果仅是想想，不想付出行动，那要不就认命，想想也挺好的，起码是一个正式稳定的工作，还不认命，还不努力，那就继续不开心吧。
这篇文章，我可能说的有点严厉，其实我也可以鼓励你，没关系呀，辞职去追求梦想呀。我觉得都不现实，我觉得你给我留言，也不是找赞美的。
吃得了多大的苦，得的到多大的自由。自己不具备很强的能力时，没有资格选择，都是被选择。

这时我看见了一个筐子，便顺手盖了上去。哈！它出不来了。我得意地走起来了，还对它做鬼脸。可是，他竟然出来了，并且筐子也没有动。这可吓了我一大跳，心想：“啊！这个鬼还会穿墙术，我好像打不过他。”我想甩掉它，晕头转脑地跑到了客厅。偶然看到了电话，想起向妈妈求救，马上拨通了电话，带着哭腔向妈妈喊道：“妈妈快来救我，有个鬼要吃掉我！”这时，我看不见了“鬼”，以为它已经走了，就长舒了一口气。这时，妈妈赶回来了。我一回头，又看见了它，吓得一屁股坐在了地上，妈妈问我：“儿子，鬼在哪？”我用颤抖着的手指着它：“那不就是吗！”妈妈见我手指着影子，一头雾水，当她明白是怎么一回事后，大笑起来。我差点就哭出来了：“人家就要被鬼吃掉了，你还笑！”妈妈勉强止住笑对我说：“傻孩子，那是影子。”经过妈妈半天的解释，我才明白那是影子。
