您好，一年前大约这个时候，给您写过一封信，那时候我工作将近一年，有些工作上的困惑并想要离开CQ，交流后，您把我从CQ几乎停工的项目，调到了SZ正准备大干一场的项目。一年后，工作近两年，因为最近项目一系列人事变动，同时又有了工作上的困惑，于是想给你写这第二封信。
近期技术部人员发生了些变动，W和S被调到另外一个项目，除了C总，部门便只剩下我和三个13年才来的员工。本就不足，这样一来人手更加短缺，再加上工作交接带来的阵痛期，近期的工作，个人觉得是并不轻松。
但是就在前段时间，L总竟找到我说，近期会有一个新项目，让我抓紧时间多做事，等那个项目开工，就把我调过去做总工，我说自己经验还不够，L总却说不要怕，完全没有重新考虑的意思。
记得大四实习时，项目的技术负责人工作才三年，当时听到他的毕业年份时，我绝对是有些惊讶并觉得他很厉害。现在我工作才两年，竟也有这样的机会。
我依然有些惊讶，却丝毫没有觉得自己很厉害。
能力还不够；经验也欠缺。
有些领导总认为晋升肯定是好事情，他认可谁，就首先提拔谁，甚至整个企业，都是“不想当将军的士兵不是好士兵”这样一套价值观，就连算是“异类”的'自己，在和同事聊天时，也会开“再有两年你当了经理，就该抱你大腿了“这样的关于晋升的玩笑。社会上是这样一种风气，家里似乎也并无太大不同。和老爸老妈谈起关于当领导的话题时，老妈说：你不当领导难道当一辈子员工。老爸则说：男儿应胸怀大志，要敢于承担责任。只有当我诉苦说：当领导责任大，太累。他们才会因为父母心疼子女的本性，不再着急催我。
让一大批仅有两年工作经验的人做项目总工，为什么会出现这样看似很荒唐的事情？究其原因是企业规模发展过快，人才紧缺，企业只能从仅有的人中选择工作能力相对较强的人去当管理者、领导者。只是这样的作风，对于那些相对较强的员工就一定好？企业造成的后果，就必须让那些人去承担？
个人认为，要想成为领导，起码首先你得称职，俗话说：不是金刚钻，不揽瓷器活。逞强上去了，受苦的还是自己，为完成工作任务（领导这点责任感得有吧），工作生活很可能搞得一团糟（当然不排除个别人愿意每天工作10+个小时），甚至招来下属的吐槽不断，这就影响到他人了。
再者，每个人都有自己的特质，A活跃善与人交往适合做领导，B沉稳善与物交往适合做参谋，无所谓孰优孰劣，为什么A就一定好，还蛊惑B去变为A，为什么就不能让每个人充分发挥自己的特质，这让我想起了今年高考上海卷的：必须穿越沙漠，你是不自由的；穿越沙漠的方式自己选择，你又是自由的。外界真的没有限制你穿越沙漠的方式么？
最重要的，我觉得是你是否喜欢做这件事，在不危害他人人生安全，不限制他人人生自由的情况下，我不喜欢当领导，所以我拒绝晋升。一个人一生，如果无法选择去做自己喜欢的事情，反而每天做的都是自己不喜欢的事情，这是人生的意义？
难道这就是传说中的个体无法抗拒的时代的洪流？
