通过这次调查活动，我了解到：随着工农业生产的迅速发展，为人类创造了前所未有的巨大物质财富的同时，也使环境付出了沉重的代价。生态破坏、环境污染对人类生存和发展已经构成了严重威胁。每当大风刮起时，空中就弥漫着黄色的粉尘，有时在空中还飞舞着白色塑料袋。使人们出门十分狼狈。因此，解决环境问题已成为刻不容缓的重大任务。我在塘厦镇，虽然每天都有500多名环卫工人日日夜夜与 白色污染 作着斗争。但是，改变这种状况，光靠环卫工人的努力是远远不够的，还必须提高我们大家的环保意识。环境的污染和破坏不是一个人造成的，所以保护环境应该是全社会的行为。我们每个人都有保护环境的义务。
同时，我也懂得了：我们就是社会的主人，改善地球环境，是我们这代人义不容辞的责任和义务。我们应该努力增强环保意识，节约资源。如果全球人人破坏，天天破坏，地球就会变成垃圾场;如果全球人人环保，天天环保，就能创造一个美好的世界。让我们携起手行动起来，共同努力保护好地球 我们共同的家园。
为此，我们建议从我们自己做起，从一点一滴小事做起，要做到：
不乱扔垃圾及废弃物，将垃圾放到指定的垃圾箱内。
我们学校早已经设置了 垃圾分类存放处 ，我们就要积极参与和宣传。
不要浪费，包括不浪费一张纸、一滴水、一分钱。
尽量不用、少用塑料袋，要积极使用可再生利用的用品，减少白色污染。
发现身边有破坏环境的行为时，要主动制止!

Christmas Day falls on the twenty-fifth of December.It is a very happy day for many boys and girls .Before the term ends in some schools ,the children act a nativity or “birth” play,showing how Jesus was born in a stable.
On the twenty-fourth of December,all children are very excited.Usually they are sent to bed early so that their parents can get the presents ready.The younger children think that Father Christmas will come down the chimney or fireplace ,so they hang up a sock for him to put presents in.The greedy ones even hang up a pillow-case or a sack to try to get more presents.Later that night,Father or Mother will put presents in the sock,and leave others at the side of the bed.
On Christmas morning,the children wake up very early.Some even turn on the light at two o'clock,and most of them are awake by six o'clock although it is not light in England for another hour or two at this time of the year.Children look for their presents,and the young ones play while the dinner is prepared.At about one o'clock in the afternoon,the Christmas dinner is brought in.The turkey or chicken is quickly eaten.Children search in their Christmas pudding for new coins which are hidden in it.The rest of the day is full of games and eating until the happiest of all Christmas hollidays comes to an end.

It has been two weeks since I last wrote to you. I am so sorry that I don‘t write you very often.
However, I have been busy with my preparation
for the final exams. As you know, I‘m coming home on Jan.14th. But before that, I have to take the final exams for all six classes I‘m taking this semester. Recently I have been in and out of the library a lot to do some research on the term paper for one of the classes. Most professors gave out the review problems already so that the students can study for the final. I think I‘m doing okay studying for the final.
Besides reviewing materials, I‘m also planning to host the New Year party of my department. You know there are so many talented people in my Communications major, but they picked me to host the party! Great, isn‘t it?

近几年，我逐渐发现气温一年比一年高了几度。我还从电视看到，由于全球气候变暖，南极北极的冰川正在慢慢融化，企鹅和北极熊等动物失去了家园全球气候变暖的原因进行了调查。
调查
我用走访法访问了周边的人。他们有的说因为工厂排放的废气，有的说因为人们乱烧树木和垃圾，有的……
我把几点都记了下来，留着以后用。
一次偶然，我发现汽车和摩托车排出的尾气很热，这可能也是原因之一。还有，炒菜和烧烤等用油的事物制作时都会发出又呛又热的烟。吸烟大便还有放屁也一样。
分析
1.炒菜和烧烤冒出来的烟不是很热，即使一天做四顿饭冰川也不会一下子消失得无影无踪，但烟和屁还有大便等有烟有热量的东西增进了它的速度。使化掉的速度快乐三四倍。
2.还有，汽车和工厂排出的废气很多，大概加快了两倍三倍的速度使气候变暖。若吧上述所有东西排出的烟按一年积累起来，数字大得惊人。
结论
全球气候变暖原因有：
1.工厂和汽车排出的废气，使温度变高.
2.现在烧烤的商贩很多，烧烤冒出来的烟也是"罪犯"之一。
3.人类打屁和大小便等产生的热气和烧垃圾等冒出的烟同样是“罪魁祸首”。
从以上可以看出，气候变暖大部分就是人类自身的问题。
建议
我建议汽车应该少用出行时远的坐公交车自行车，近的走路。烧烤的小铺应该清扫完。工厂少排废气。其它问题就少做。让生活在两极的动物尽快回“家”。
