我们都是这样开始的——高中毕业，十七八岁的光景，背井离乡、只身一人来到兰州，开始探索一段新的旅程。今年有些不一样，少了军训，少了烈日下的暴晒，好处是免了“体肤之灾”，却也少了集体生活中的很多乐趣和磨练意志的机会。大学不再像原来那样，课程需要自己选择，课本需要自己去找，甚至需要横穿整个校园去上一节课。除此之外，课程时间的变动，课余时间的自由，饭菜口味的变化，也许一个个汇聚起来成为你们或兴奋或焦虑的原因，弟弟妹妹们，不要担心，这些都是你们在适应过程中的正常表现！加油，做好计划，一步一个脚印，也大胆的宣扬梦想，放肆的把压制在心里的兴趣、爱好、特长通通展现出来！
首先，祝贺你们经过了高考这座独木桥，正式成为一名大学生，确实值得开心，但这绝对不是终点，而是梦想真正启航的地方。进入大学，慢慢地，你会发现，很多事情变得不一样了，你原来所相信的也许也会一件一件的变得难以置信。越是丰富的生活越充满了新鲜事物和机遇挑战，但是不管你遇到什么情况，都请继续坚持你的梦想，相信你的梦想！
其实，抛开一切不如意，当你安安静静的走在校园里，会发现我们的西北民族大学充满了生活的情调。清晨，校园里的第一缕阳光在六点左右倾泻，后操场上有很多晨练的伙伴，金碧辉煌的图书馆自七点半开门就会涌进一批勤奋的学生；傍晚时候的校园是躁动的，人头攒动，川流不息，和夕阳相互辉映；夜幕开始降临的时候，月亮和太阳常常一起挂在天空中，一边是蓝空的蔚，一边是晚霞的红，很是浪漫；天黑了下来，清真一食堂前会有大波的人跳舞，锅庄舞、摆手舞这样的民族风韵或是各类流行金属电音协奏择日上演，水景广场镜（静）湖和图书馆中间的空地上会有炫影轮滑的同学在练习花式，好不热闹！呆久了，习惯了，会更加喜欢榆中这个急性子的姑娘，用最火辣的夏天迎接初来乍到的你们，用最安静的冬天送别各奔东西的.学长学姐；榆中的夜空干净到可以看清地转星移，繁星点点的夜晚很适合带上耳机漫步又或者三三两两的坐在草地上谈天说地；学校背后苍劲的白虎山是烧烤和露营的好去处，无论是等日出还是观日落都别有一番西北塞边的风味。描述这么多，其实我想说的就是，既来之则安之，保持乐观向上的心态，勇敢的去实现你的梦想！
将梦想进行到底，因为一颗向上的心，我们汇聚在模联的大家庭里。模拟联合国作为学校全五星社团中唯一的学术性协会一直以来本着和大家一起学习和进步的原则，培养出了很多优秀的领导者，在这里，我们不仅仅了解联合国，也学会交往、学会创造、学会展现自我。
想说的话还有很多，原谅我无法一一详尽。最后送给大家一首顾城的《羽化》，希望这首诗能让我们结下友谊，一起为真正的蜕变而努力奋斗！
因为一个过长的梦
