每个人都需要及时的了解最新的知识和技术，以定期为自己充电，作为植保人员也不例外，通过邀请相关的专家或者是有的农民等，借助讲座形式提高植保人员的知识水平，丰富其经验和技术。同时还要加强与周边地区的植保人员之间的技术和经验交流，切实提升植保人员的能力。并且可以组织高水平的植保人员，组成绿色植保专访小组，吸引广大农民的加入，根据不同时间可能出现的病虫害，结合当地的实际情况，及时的提醒农民群众加强对对应病害的防治，同时推荐对应的低毒农药甚至生物制劑农药，以及具体的用量和须知，切实落实绿色种植管理技术。
（三）提高相关资金的支持，促进技术研发的深入开展。
绿色种植管理技术对于环境和人类都是无害的，所以相关部门需要提高在此方面的资金支持，加强该技术的推广，具体可以通过建设农业生态示范基地的形式，为农民群众提供参观的场地，学习绿色种植管理技术的应用。同时需要及时的应用国内外先进设备。在研究和使用绿色种植技术的同时，还需要充分结合化学农药植保技术，不能因为化学农药的缺点而因噎废食，而是需要充分认识到其中的优势，合理的利用，以求更好的解决农民种植过程中出现的各种问题。
（四）通过宣传渠道大力推广绿色种植管理技术。
相关部门需要采取新旧媒体渠道加强对于绿色种植管理技术的宣传，具体可以使用广播、电视、报纸等旧媒体，以及微博、微信等新媒体，双管齐下，帮助农民认识到开展绿色种植管理的重要性和必要性，并且了解化学农药的滥用所造成的危害。以求可以更合理的开展种植，切实保障农民经济效益，保障农产品安全和质量。
