由衷的感谢您对乐拼国际英语学校的信任与支持，为了更好的加强学校、老师与家长的联系，保障暑假期间各位学员能在我校更好学习，特将学校相关制度和注意事项告知如下：
1.家长会：暑假课程结束，我校将召开一次家长会，总结暑假课程，了解孩子暑假学习情况。到时候会以书面的形式通知到各位家长，欢迎家长到时能如期参加。
2.天天过关：我们要求孩子每次所学单元的重点音标、发音代表词、字母能够正确认读、表演、背诵。每堂课课后有过关检查，如孩子没有达到要求，没有过关，要留下来直到过关方能回家。
3.家庭作业：很多家长都很关注孩子一个学期所学的内容以及孩子的作业是什么，所以，每堂课的家庭作业，老师都要求孩子抄写在作业本上，请家长在家配合监督，并签字(让孩子把作业本拿出来给家长看
4.请假补课：为了保证学生学习的连贯性，我们希望家长和学生能尽量避免请假，旷课的情况出现，希望能用更多的时间放在给孩子复习和巩固上，而不是给他们补习新课知识。但是如果实在避免不了请假的情况，请家长以电话形式告知老师，如能提前告知我们，我们会安排老师免费补课。为了保证孩子一个学期的知识学习不出现断层，所以一个学期的请假次数不要超过3次。如果请假次数超过4次，孩子即使单独补课也会严重落课的。但凡请假，须通过带班老师批准，否则学校不安排免费给孩子补课。(补课以补课内容为标准，而不以时间为标准。学校安排的免费补课，请学生按时参加，若未能参加者，学校不另行安排补课。
5.电话教学：每学期每位学员享有我校两次电话教学，电话教学指的是老师和学生在电话里进行沟通的一种服务。
6.财产/交通安全：请各位家长尽量避免孩子带贵重物品：如手机、MP4或玩具到校，请家长尽量避免孩子带零食到校食用。请家长提醒孩子注意交通和个人安全，避免发生意外。学校在这方面也会重点关注和重视的!

我们的校园座落在洛阳市廛河区启明西路上，她叫新建小学，已经有几十年的历史了。她优秀的教学水准，雄厚的师资力量和优越的教学环境，使得她一直在廛河区里名列前茅。
我们的学校由前操场，教学楼和后操场三大部分组成。教学楼上一共有二十多间教室，十多间功能室，分别在楼层的中间和两侧都有老师的办公室。我们的学校看起来不仅整洁干净，而且景然有序。
沿着一条不宽不窄却十分笔直的路从大门向里走，很快就到了前操场，前操场的地面都铺着小块粗糙的瓷砖，这样的设计会让下过雨的地面不积水也不湿滑。
一栋“凹”形的建筑包围着前操场，那便是我们的教学楼。教学楼是一栋四层高桔黄色和淡黄色相间的建筑，教学楼的中间是一组宽敞的台阶，台阶前是两根直通四楼的大白色柱子。教学楼一层东侧是实验室，西侧则是老师们经常开会的大会议室。每到周一下午两节课后，老师们就聚集到那里，听校长布置一周的工作安排。像这样的功能室还有二楼的图书室，三楼的电脑室，四楼的美术室和音乐舞蹈室。
再往教学楼的后面去便是后操场了。后操场是我们高年级活动的场地。平时做操，上体育课，升国旗都在这里。后操场上铺了红绿相间的塑胶跑道，上面用白色的线勾勒了跑道和许多球场，有排球，篮球等。
后操场的四周种满了花草，还有几棵高大而葱郁的树木。在炎热的夏天是遮阴的好去处。
站在后操场上，再次环顾学样。才发现，她是那样的美丽，那样的整洁明亮。能在这样的校园里学习，我感到骄傲自豪。
