我的家乡在南海，南海是个风景秀丽、个人见人爱的好地方。
大家一定知道鼎鼎大名的千灯湖吧。现在，它竟成了南海的一个旅游景点，还有很多的香港游客到这来领略一下它的美呢！
千灯湖美就美在不计其数的灯。湖边的、广场上的灯可真不少！半空中，马路上，高杆上??每一个角落都是各具特色的灯，站在街头。沿街望去，简直是一个灯的世界。站在高处，俯首观望，地上仿佛撒满了晶莹的明珠。一到晚上，它不仅是灯的海洋，而且是人的海洋，无数的灯和无数的人聚在一起，构成了景色奇异的灯和人潮，而人们呢，在尽情地欣赏着灯海。那熠熠发光的灯，照得黑夜
如同白昼，使人们看到未来的光明，使人们感到生活甜蜜，它给人们带来了多少欢乐。
到了春天，阳光明媚，一阵阵清风吹来，湖面上泛起了片片涟漪，在清澈见底的湖水中有一条条小鱼，有的在悠闲自得的嬉戏玩耍；有的张着那好奇的大眼睛望着外面那美丽的景色；有的听着划船人优美而又动听的曲子，都被陶醉了。夏天，烈日当空，骄阳似火，知了在树上叫着：“热死了！热死了！”这时，到千灯湖边去走走，散散步是你的最佳选择，一阵阵清凉的风迎面吹来，使人感到心情舒畅，不在受夏天地折磨，再吃一支棒冰，那真是绝妙的享受。
到了金秋十月，湖旁树上的叶子开始变黄了，一片片的叶子落下来，就像一只只黄蝴蝶在空中翩翩起舞！要是你迎着秋风划着小船，你会感到心旷神怡，好似来到了人间仙境神奇无比。
到了冬天，千灯湖广场上的人是少了，只有那灯影与那依然熠熠生辉的灯相伴相随，默默地为广场上那稀少的游人照明。
南海真不愧是个好地方，千灯湖更是名不虚传！
