这个节目主要讲述了许多安全有用的知识，如:试验了频率快的推力比率慢的要大很多，节目中测试了小朋友的推力，五个小朋友一个一个上去推，推力也只有127公斤，而如果一起上去推，推力则有627公斤，这个数字试多么惊人啊!所以平时上下楼梯千万不能你推我挤。看了节目我还知道了，如果遇到了踩踏事故，就应该双手抱臂，护住自己的胸部或头部，因为这两个部位是最容易受伤和致命的。整个节目用一个生动的故事让我牢牢地记住了许多知识。
看完这个节目，我知道了如果发生地震了，我们应该不要惊慌，要有序的下楼，下楼时不要系鞋带、低头或是掉头，因为很容易产生踩踏事故。节目告诉我全国一天有多少人死在踩踏事故里，例如最近上海那件踩踏事故，不知有多少人失去了他那年轻的生命，多少美好的家庭被踩得支离破碎。对于小朋友来说，危险处处存在，平时过马路也十分危险，我们应该仔细地看红绿灯，走斑马线，要看清来往车辆，不能在马路上嬉戏打闹，我国交通事故发生率也非常高。学龄前的孩子们更要十分注意，不要随意的乱吞异物，这导致死亡率很高，小孩乱吞异物的急症占全国每天急诊的六分之一。烫伤也是孩子们的“天敌”烫伤死亡率最大，治疗率最小，所以请大人们一定要盯紧自己的小孩，不要让他玩火。
生命只有一次，失去了就没有第二次，所以从我做起，从身边做起，从现在做起，珍惜生命吧!

防火演练分别在北京、湖南、长沙三个地方进行。北京的同学演练的是在公共场所如何逃离火灾，同学们实地在电影院和地铁中演练如何逃生自救。通过观看演练，我懂得了：如果在电影院里发现烟雾，要尽快报警，还要及时通知旁边的人逃跑，在逃跑时，应将湿毛巾折叠4―5次，捂住口鼻，匍匐前进，防止被烟雾熏到导致窒息;如果在地铁里发生火灾，要立刻按下紧急刹车按钮，让司机打开地铁前后两侧的紧急逃生门，与群众及时逃脱。如果火势小，便用地铁上的灭火器灭掉火即可。在地铁上逃生时，不能从上地铁的左右两侧门逃跑，因为那样可能会摔伤或触电。
湖南的\'同学演练山火逃生，虽然山地火灾离我们很远，但我们还是要以防万一，在万不得已时让自己摆脱危险。从这次演练中我学到了：山林是火灾的“司令部”，我们不要在山中烧纸、烤食物、放鞭炮、乱扔烟头等一些与生成火灾有关的事情;如果在山中遇到火灾，千万不要往火灾处跑，也不要跑向树林或深沟里，应立刻逃往开阔地带，在确保自身安全下打山地火警电话12119;不要自己救火，以免自身受伤。
长沙的同学演练了预防电器火灾。电器是我们生活中必不可少的一部分，稍有不当就会引发事故，甚至会产生人员伤亡，造成极大的财产损失。我很想了解一下怎么预防电器火灾，于是更加认真地观看起来。我从中学到了：在电器使用中，我们有时会因为粗心而导致很多电器使用失误，比如吹风机忘了关、有水的杯子放在电器中间、一个插座上插满了插头、电热毯重叠、电器使用超过期限等问题，这些我们应该经常检查，及时发现，及时解决，特别是家中无人时，一定要切断所有电源，不要因为一个小小的失误引发一个很大的事故。
通过看《新闻大求真》，我更加懂得了生活中怎样预防火灾，怎样让自己在紧急关头中侥幸逃生。在遇到火灾时，千万不要惊慌，惊慌就是死亡的“助手”，要急中生智，静下心来想想怎么安全逃生。
水火无情，我们要珍惜每一次演练，演练就是紧急中的一个盾牌，保护我们的生命。安全无小事，我要注重安全、学习安全、理解安全、运用好安全，珍惜生命，健康成长!

今天我看了《新闻大求真》这个节目，这个主要讲了如何防止我们身边的一些安全事故，让我深有感触。
主持人先从现场随机抽选5名小观众来做一个游戏，与黑衣人叔叔比拼力量。游戏规则是，同学们推中间的透明隔板，读出隔板上面的压力读数，看看能达到多大的力。第一次，同学们用的力是127KG。接着，主持人让同学们一起冲向黑衣人叔叔，这次的压力大得惊人，达到了600多KG，使大力士主持人都支撑不住了。原来，这个游戏就是模拟了发生踩踏事故时对身体有多大的伤害。
接下来进行了下一个游戏—保护气球，主持人分成两队，红队和蓝队。让她们护住自己的气球。蓝队的保护气球方法是将双手交叉放在胸前。红队的方法使用双手支撑保护住气球。最后蓝队保住了气球。这个游戏交给我们在发生踩踏事件时要先双手交叉放在胸前保护胸腔，如果倒地要双手抱头蜷缩膝盖保护自己。
最后播放了以鲁贝贝为主角的宣传片，内容主要讲了他发生了四次安全事故，第一次，鲁贝贝为了追逐同学，闯红灯横穿马路。谁知，被自己的爸爸撞了。
第二次，鲁贝贝因为想当绿灯侠，不小心将哨子吞下了肚子。第三次，鲁贝贝到了外公家，想让外公烤鸡翅给他和弟弟吃。由于外公去拿食材不在他们的身旁，鲁贝贝擅自将冷冻的鸡翅放下盛满油的锅中。结果被烫伤。第四次，鲁贝贝又因为和弟弟捉迷藏时掉下楼，而惨遭悲剧。
这个节目让我明白了安全有多么重要，也让我知道了很多的自救方法，让我受益匪浅。

The popularity of smartphones has exerted great influence on the way people communicate, so much so that an increasing number of individuals contend that face-to-face communication is being replaced by texts and images on the mobile phone.
There are more than one angle to consider this phenomenon. On one hand, it is pleasantly acknowledged that smartphones shorten the distance between families and friends. Even people from different sides of the globe can share pictures, feelings and thoughts through various types of apps on the phone, thus building a long-distance connection. On the other hand, as the picture warns us, too much smartphone addiction interferes with people's real-life communication. Statistics show that over 70 percent of face-to-face communication consists of facial expressions and body language, which is why people should stay away from mobile phones when they have the chance to actually talk and communicate with others.
