初中作文思路分类【三】
抱着欣赏文学作品的心态浏览了《思路决定出路》这本书，心里似乎感觉自己是缺少智慧与思路的人，书中阐释的一个基本理念就是：遇到困难时，要保持积极的心态，“成功不是不可能，思路决定出路”。留意一下我们平时的工作，总会有碰壁的时候。遇到难题，你有没有清晰的思路?我们每天要处理的事情很多，教学、备课、与学生沟通交流，或许更杂，你又是怎样对待的?大多数的人全身心地投入，有条不紊、高效率、高质量地完成任务，但也有极少数人整天发牢***，埋怨事情多了，思维乱了，没头绪做事，时间久了，就产生厌倦情绪。以上两者的区别在于有没有清晰的思路，有没有按照思路去做。其实，调整好心态，整理出思路，工作可以轻松愉快。
蜜蜂不是落在鲜花上的惟一昆虫，但它却是惟一采到蜜的昆虫。同样，不同的人做同一件事，结果也会有好有坏。不论是工作，还是生活，只要多动动脑筋，多想想方案，整理思路，然后选择最好的，并争取达到最佳效果，那么，我们离成功就不远了。
时下，不少人在谈到促进经济社会发展问题时常说这样一句话：“思路决定出路，创新发展思路。”这是有道理的，因为发展思路决定发展路径，反映发展方向，影响发展成效。然而，思路从何而来?又如何创新呢?从认识论的角度看，思路是受思想支配的，思想是思路的源头;提高思想水平，才能创新发展思路。从推进工作的角度看，应该是“思想决定思路，思路决定出路。”
思想是人类独有的精神瑰宝。法国哲学家安托·法勃尔·多里维说：“人类是一种使思想开花结果的植物，犹如玫瑰树上绽放玫瑰，苹果树上结满苹果。”思想是时代的产物，但又不局限于时代;是看不见的东西，但又无所不在。社会巨变，百业维新;思想飞扬，活力无限。我们正面临一个机遇与挑战并存的时代，拥有思想，将使我们拥有更多解决实际问题的本领;我们正经历一个信息爆炸和文化激荡的时代，丰富思想，将为我们人生的选择提供理性的坐标;我们正处于一个创新和发展的时代，放飞思想，将使我们的思路更符合时代发展的要求。如今我们的教育事业正面临着改革和创新，新课程改革如火如荼，新的教育思想教育理验层出不穷。教育改革是一项创新的系统工程，这就要求我们教师必须明确人才培养目标，搞好教学系统设计，转变教育观念和教育思想，根据课程的内容、教学过程的师生关系、学生的知识层面、自主学习的能力，选择适合学生的教学模式。学习是每一个人的实在需求，但不是每一个人都懂得学习，了解学校，大多数人还有对学习的支持与服务的需求。我觉得学校在教育过程中也要像企业一样，有一种自我推荐，自我营销的意识，在教学中面向学生、家长、社会公开信息，目的是让人知晓学校的情况以及学校能够为学生和学习提供什么样的服务，学生能够得到什么样的收获。介绍学校开设课程的教学计划，包括内容提要、教学目的、参考书目、学时学分、大纲要求、章节重点难点、习题解析、自测练习、期末复习指导、先导课程和后续课程、导学提纲和实施细则、开课时间周期、考核安排、责任教师、辅导教师、课程媒体类型等等，供选择专业学习的学生参考，也供有意提升自我的人加以选择。
开放教育要校和教师必须根据学生的需求以及基础的差异进行课程教学模式改革。一方面：开放教育的一个重要体现就是对教育对象--学生的开放，因此学生的背景，如基础水平、思维方式、学习环境、经济条件、学习方式、职业等因素呈现出多元化的特点，这决定了他们有不同的学习需求和不同的课程教学模式的选择取向。显然，如果对所有的学生都提供相同的教学模式，是无法满足各种层次、不同需求的学生的要求的。另一方面：教育的目的是将学生培养成才，而不是输出教育者的知识与技能。人才作为教育活动的最终产品，是没有统一规格的，而是根据客户需求量身订做的，所以必须因人而异，尊重每一个学生的个性，采用各不相同的教育模式，培养各不相同的人才，真切体现“以学生为本”。“以学生为本”的教育模式，就是给学生以更大的自主权，变教育为学习，让学生自主选择专业与层次、制定学习计划与进度，而教师起指导、启发作用。只有这样，学生才会感到学习是快乐的，开放教育才是成功的。
大凡有大成就者都有勤于思考、敢于实践、勇于用心的习惯，可以说，任何一个有意义的构想都是思考的结果。切记：思路决定出路，想法决定方法!
