提起郑州美食，人们首先便会想到烩面。没错，烩面正是郑州著名的风味小吃。
烩面不仅味道鲜美，而且看相十分好看。碧绿的菠菜叶犹如一页页荷叶，“羊肉小鱼儿”从“荷叶”下探出脑袋，仿佛在水里待得太久了，迫不及待地要看看外面多彩的世界。洁白的面条嵌在五颜六色的配菜中。那样子，光看一看都让你垂涎三尺。
别看烩面这么好看，做起来可颇有些费事。
和面是重要的一步。面里放盐，每隔半小时活一次，一共要活3、4次才行。活好的面还至少要醒3个小时。所以，晚上准备吃烩面，上午一定要和面，不然面没劲儿。
再就是用带骨羊肉炖汤，只放姜，连盐都不要。肉炖的差不多烂了以后捞出来，将肉从骨头上剔掉，把骨头继续放回锅里炖。
下面前，把活好的面切成宽两厘米的长条，两面抹油，再醒半个小时，最后把面甩开，越拉越长，下到汤锅里煮熟。出锅前放入海带、葱花、香菜、豆腐皮丝和菠菜。
好了，热气腾腾的烩面出锅啦！
喝一口汤，呀！真鲜啊！挑起一根烩面，嗯！有劲儿、有弹性！烩面真好吃！

河南，是生我养我的地方。一谈到河南，我就有许多话要说，特别是河南的美食。
一谈到河南的美食，我就想到了烩面。
烩面是河南特色美食，有着悠久的历史。它是一种传统风味小吃，以味道鲜美，经济实惠，享誉中原，遍及全国。洛阳的水席、开封的包子、郑州的烩面，是河南齐名的三大小吃。
每天中午、晚上，街上大大小小的面馆都会开张，店里面烩面味香飘四溢，令人忍不住吃上一碗。当烩面上来的时候，顾客接过面，拿起筷子，把面拌匀了，“呼呼啦啦”的吃起来，不一会儿，一碗烩面被吃得干干净净。
烩面的味道好不好，取决于它的汤、面和辅料，汤用上等嫩羊肉、羊骨一起煮五个小时以上，先用大火猛滚再用小火煲，骨头油都熬出来了，煲出来的汤白白亮亮，犹如牛乳一样，所以又有人叫白汤。
面则是用优质高筋白面粉，兑以温开水和成很软的面团，反复揉搓，使其筋韧，放置一段时间，再擀成四指宽，二十公分长的面片，外边抹上植物油，一片片码好，用塑料纸覆上备用，等要吃的\'时候，就把它拉成面条，这样吃起来才会有口感。
辅料以海带丝、豆腐丝、粉条、香菜等，上桌时再外带香菜、辣椒油、糖蒜等小菜。一碗香喷喷的烩面就是这样做出来的。
我爱吃河南的烩面，更爱河南那豪爽的味道。

进入人民公园，首先映入眼帘的是一座假山，很大，很高。山前是一个水潭，里面有许多活泼的小鱼，它们游来游去，好像在欢迎你的到来。
绕过假山，我们看见了一条清澈的小河，河底有许多美丽的鹅卵石，踩上去滑溜溜凉丝丝的。淌过小河，我们来到了蹦极这里。只见蹦极塔离地面有50多米，下面是水池。
不一会，上去了两位大哥哥，经过一番工作人员的“开导”终于走了上去。工作人员将绳子绑在大哥哥的腰上。这位大哥哥做了一下深呼吸，把眼闭紧后，一下子向前栽。“啊！”只听一声尖叫，大哥哥跳了下来，另一个工作人员将船划到大哥哥的脚下，将大哥哥“救”了下来。
我们又玩了疯狂老鼠，感觉很没意思，没有过山车好玩。
到了下午5点左右，我们离开了郑州市人民公园。
