Usually moving in groups and caring for each other, Elephant is know to be a very and gentle creamre. For many years people have used the strength of these poweful animals to move trees and heavy logs. Elephant has been and is a vital tool for people to do many things that would normally be imposs-ible. 当你的好朋友、同学取得成功、进步了，你会为她们高兴、为她们喝彩吗?你会和我一样，有时也会嫉妒比自己强的同学、朋友吗?
在一次学校举行的能力竞赛中，我在班里取得了第一名。老师发奖品时，我按捺不住心里的兴奋和喜悦，满心欢喜的走到了讲台上。在同学们的一片掌声中，我看到了我的好朋友两只手在使劲的拍着，不时向我投来鼓励、赞许的目光，脸上那灿烂的笑容让我的心里暖暖的，霎时，我的心通通直跳，我不敢看她，把头压得更低了，说完“谢谢老师”后，红着脸跑回了座位。
记得有一次考试，我的成绩虽然不错，但她的成绩是第一名，看到她那“得意”的样子，我的心里很不服气：不就是个第一名么?有什么了不起的!当别人都报以热烈的掌声祝贺她时，只有我懒懒地拍了两下手，当她期待的目光与我相遇时，我只是淡淡的看了她一眼，即便是僵硬的笑容也瞬即逝。下课后，我还故意在她面前和同学们有说有笑，不理睬她。在卫生间，我还用肩膀轻轻撞了她一下。谁知，她却大度一笑，放学后，还等我一起走……我头一次发现我竟然是如此小肚鸡肠。
很多的时候，我们只知道为自己的成功喝彩，却很少真心实意地为别人的成功喝彩。为自己喝彩是一种本能，为别人喝彩却是一种美德，一种胸怀，在为别人喝彩的同时自己也在体验着快乐。
