央视中，区水务局排水队和先模代表金帮红同志带领班组成员踏着粪水，揭盖子，掏粪便，探出口，打扦子，忙得热火朝天，没有任何抱怨;有几处污水堵点，疏捞机具派不上用场，只能下到井中人工疏捞，连央视记者们也深深的为疏捞工们艰苦的工作环境所感染;南京车管所民警们服务群众，打造文明窗口，落实惠民措施，把权力公开把管理转化，服务周到和贴心，让群众亨受到了文明成果的过程。
金帮红同志强烈的社会责任任感，默默无闻的无私奉献精神和朴实无华的工作态度正是我们林业工作人员所需要和具备的，他弘扬了干一行爱一行，专一行精一行的敬业精神，有这样一种信仰，无论在哪个位置都能放出光彩，受到群众拥护。金帮红是平凡的，但他又是不平凡的。他让下水道畅通无阻，也让这种工作态度流淌到许多人的心中。

1月11日，焦点访谈《药单背后的秘密》播出，药品提成在乡级以上的 医院里普遍存在，虽然国家在提高民众的各种医疗保障 ，但老百姓自费的费用不怎么的减，药品换换剂形、剂量、药名或是增加点添加剂，药价就会增加几十倍，医疗器械(体内用的固定物价格也在攀升，药品和医疗器械回扣在医院太平常的事了。焦点访谈有关药品回扣的问题也报道好几次了，为什么解决不了呢?捡到的药单是秘密，其实也不秘密，就看管不管了，要管很简单，我们的住院病人在核销医疗费用时，医院都的提供各种医疗费用清单及药品产地，如出厂药价、医疗器械价格与病人用的药价、医疗器械价格一比对，就会一目了然的。还可查商家税收呢。每种药物都有国药准字，各种医疗器械都有医械准字的。
2013年1月11日，中央电视台《焦点访谈》节目以“药单背后的秘密”详细披露了广东高州人民医院医务人员以及管理层人员收受药品回扣的情况，内容详实，内幕触目惊心，社会反响很大，极具警示意义。根据崇川区卫生局关于迅速开展警示教育活动的通知要求，任港街道社区卫生服务中心于1月18日中午利用休息时间，组织中心干部职工观看《焦点访谈》节目“药单背后的秘密”警示教育片，并组织了大讨论，大家一致认为，药品“回扣”是造成药品价格虚高的助推剂，也是造成“看病贵”的根本所在，一些医务人员丧失良知，缺乏诚信和道德，违纪违法收受药品“回扣”，终将受到法律的制裁，同时大家畅谈感想，深刻领会，汲取教训，做到严以律己，拒绝“红包”、“回扣”，远离“红包”、“回扣”，还医疗市场一片净土。最后，中心主任季妙发同志向大家提了三点工作要求，一是认清形势，充分认识收受回扣、红包等违纪违法问题的严重性和危害性。二是引以为戒，拒绝回扣、红包等违纪违法事件在本单位发生。三是严明纪律，规范服务行为，为中心政风行风建设作出积极贡献。
本次警示教育活动做到中心领导干部带头，所有干部职工一个不漏，普遍接受教育。

I am afraid that you will think me unpardonably negligent in not having answered your letter dated 7, December sooner, but when I have told you the reason, I trust you will be convinced that the neglect was excusable. When your letter arrived, I was just in Hong Kong. As my family could not forward it to me during my absence, it has been, therefore, lying on my desk until the moment when I took it up. Now the first thing I have to hasten to do is to write to you these few lines to express my deep regret.

在浙江省温岭市石塘渔区，当地群众把郭文标尊称为“平安水鬼”，寓意为神通广大的“海上守护神”。只要附近海域发生险情，求救电话就会打到郭文标手机上。不管是谁家渔船抛锚，船主们常常第一个想到的就是他;只要有求救电话打来，郭文标总会立即发动他的机帆船，全速赶到出事海域化解危难，不求回报。
2005年8月的一天，台风袭击温岭市石塘渔区。两位网箱养殖户冒险驾小船出海打算拖回养殖箱，结果被海浪困住无法上岸。情急之中，人们想到了“水鬼”郭文标。郭文标独自驾驶机帆船在狂风怒号的大海里，冒死将遇险渔民运送到海港内，安全送上了岸。
在石塘人眼里，郭文标在当地是一个“爱管闲事”的人。一天晚上，海面风力达9级，一艘货轮螺旋桨被水中的尼龙绳缠住不能动弹。如不及时抢救，货轮随时会被大风吹翻，情况十分危急。郭文标不顾妻子劝阻，穿上潜水服，驾驶小船赶赴出事海域，花了一个多小时，帮这艘货轮解除危机。
20多年来，只要接到求救电话，郭文标总是随叫随到，多次冒死出海救援遇险船只，帮助许多船员死里逃生，拯救了130多条生命。近日，郭文标申请的海上平安民间救助站获得有关部门的批准，这将是当地第一家民间海事救助站。郭文标说，一个人的力量是有限的，他希望更多的人参与海事救助。
