绿油油的茶园是安溪的符号。当走进茶园，就会看到一片片低矮的茶树，一棵棵茶树组成了一幅幅凌空展翅的图画。每当春节过后，翠绿的茶树中隐藏着几朵白色的茶花，茶花开放了，发出了阵阵清香，一群群白蝴蝶被那清香给吸引了过来，停在一朵朵茶花上，吸允着甘甜的花粉。最好的茶叶就在清明节过后，那时候的茶叶是那么嫩绿，是那么柔弱，连躺在上面的`露珠儿都被染绿了！采茶姑娘们戴着草帽，背着小竹篓三五成群地走在高低不平的山路上，她们越过一条又一条的山路，到了茶园，采茶姑娘各个心灵手巧，纤细的手指头上下飞快地舞动着，宛如一只只蝴蝶在轻盈地飞舞着。她们说着笑着，开心极了！采完的新鲜茶叶在茶农如同魔法师的神奇的双手下，经过一道道复杂繁琐的工序变成了畅销海内外的茶叶。
