霍金曾预言人工智能将会称霸世界。手机虽然不是人工智能，但它的出现也已经影响到了我们的生活。原本每个人回到家里都会有欢声笑语的声音，但因为这位不速之客的到来，打破了我们的日常生活原有的和谐。欢声笑语不在，人们之间的交流总是沉默又封闭。
任何事物都是有两面性的，它就好比一把锋利的刀，可以用来切肉，但如果它用来对着人，那就有危害性了。例如我们生活中的电，它可以使电机运转，可是如果不合理的用电就会引起火灾，让甚至让整个家庭家破人亡。
再比如说植物，白天里它可以呼出氧气，净化空气。于是就有人将无数盆栽放到自己的房间里。可到了夜晚，植物呼出的不再是氧气，而是二氧化碳了。这既不能使人类获得新鲜的氧气，也不能让房间得到空气的净化。
手机也是如此，它可以帮助我们学习，有急事的时候还可以打电话给爸爸妈妈，在悠闲的时候还可以听一下音乐，何乐而不为呢？
但有些人，利用手机在网上抄作业，总喜欢拿出空余时间整日整夜地玩手机。更有甚者通过手机去诈骗未成年的小学生。这几年来有一款非常火爆的游戏——王者荣耀。自从有了这个游戏以后，每到一个角落就一定会有人捧着手机，目不转睛地玩着游戏。曾经就有一个学生，为了能在游戏里面充钱，偷偷的拿走了家里所有积蓄，使原本不富裕的家庭变得雪上加霜，母亲也气急败坏，最后倒在病床上。前段时间有一则新闻，一个孩子天天宅在家里打游戏，饭也不吃，作业也不写。妈妈看后非常生气，一气之下把他的手机丢出窗外，孩子急得连忙跳出楼下去捡，于是他的腿就这样摔断了。
任何东西都是有双面性的，更何况是手机和人工智能，只要我们合理地去使用它，学会理智看待它，弊就会转化为利。

我在报纸上看到一幅漫画，内容虽然很简单，却让我感受颇深。
这幅漫画是一个人躺在床上睡觉，画中的人，床，墙壁，被子都没有什么特别之处。但令人匪夷所思的是，睡觉用的枕头竟然是一部大大的闪着亮光的手机，看完这幅漫画，我心中既好笑又悲哀。好笑在于这个人竟然用手机当枕头，悲哀在于，若我们不对手机的使用加以控制，漫画中用手机当枕头的'情景就会成为现实。
手机，平板电脑这些电子产品本身没错，错就错在那些用之无道，用之无度的人们，这句话我相信很多人都听说过，但是却不是每一个人都能做到，手机原本的存在意义是方便人们的生活，但现在，它却成了人们消磨时间浪费青春的理由。
我国的电子产品使用率一直位居世界的前列，仅次于位于第一的巴西。我国的近视率也是位居世界前几位的，其中青少年占近视总人数的百分之四十。而在我国手机功能性使用占比中显示，人们主要使用的手机功能并不是那些真正方便生活的功能。而是像游戏，抖音这些消磨时间的软件。可见人们对手机的使用已经完全扭曲了。如今，大街上，饭店，公园里随处可见抱着手机看得津津有味的孩子和握着手机一动不动的大人，就连原本应该溢满书香的图书馆也被玩手机的低头族所取代。
高尔基曾经说过：“书籍是人类进步的阶梯。”我国古代著名诗人杜甫也曾说过：“读书破万卷，下笔如有神。”这两句名言足以体现读书的重要性。我衷心地希望，那些沉浸在手机中无法自拔的人，和那些用手机浪费青春的人都能及早醒悟，放下手机，不做低头族，不做手机的奴隶，并成为书籍这一伟大文明结晶的忠实阅览者。
