《快速阅读》是一本实践应用型的书籍，书的主要内容分为两大块：一是训练快速阅读的四个方面：一、提高阅读速度。二、集中注意力。三、培养理解力。四、增强记忆力。二是整本书的阅读步骤和阅读技巧。在这这两大模块中作者都提供了不少的的练习方法。由于书中的一些练习难度较大,现阶段自己操作起来感觉有些难度，自己只摘取了其中一些适合自己的方法。如果你想了解更多，不妨读一读这本书，相信也会有自己的收获。
首先说一下阅读整本书的阅读步骤和技巧，通过泛读把握文章整体脉络，快读和精读相结合，回顾重点、系统整理收获。
在阅读速度的问题上，作者认为我们之所以读的慢，是因为我们的逐字阅读，无论默读还是朗读都会对阅读速度产生影响。要想提高阅读速度，方法一是使用辅助工具，用笔或是手指引导我们的视线。配套的\'练习有3-2-1练习，(读相同的段落依次用3分钟、2分钟、1分钟,2-2-2练习（三个2分钟的时间依次累加一半的阅读章节）。第二个方法不使用辅助工具的1-2-3练习（阅读每行时在心里根据字数的多少默念1、2、3.目的就是打乱我们对文章的默念）。
当我们提升阅读速度以后会发现，我们对文章的理解程度有所下降。如何做到又快又好的读书呢?作者提供的方法是：可以在找到自己阅读间隔后停下来制作视觉卡片。制作原则有横向排版、主题在中央，顺时针记录、字写在线上、字迹工整、使用颜色、符号、箭头等。大体类似于思维导图。
第三个问题是如何增强自己的记忆力，核心是要学会条件反射，即明确阅读目标的条件反射，激活知识储备的条件反射，最后也是最重要的一点是建立复述文章的条件反射(配合视觉卡片一起练习）。理解和记忆的印象很大程度上取决于我们复述文章的水平。至于注意力的训练就一句话学会放松，快乐阅读。
自己之所以大篇幅写这些阅读方法有几个方面的考虑，一方面通过对本书的的重新整理，形成适合自己的理解框架，加深印象。另一方面本书的许多练习需要一定的时间来检验，短期内阅读效果提升不会很明显，自己的也不是很深。最重要的一点是可以对照一下自己的阅读习惯，然后加以改进。自己的阅读习惯概括来说一是读书读得少。二是盲目追求阅读速度，忽视对内容的理解，结果就是搁下书本就忘了读的内容；另一个极端是如果每次读一点，时间又会拖得比较长，往往一本书读几天就束之高阁了。这些都是很不好的阅读习惯，当然这些都无法做好的话，也就无从谈起了。不过好在自己已经认识到阅读给我们带来的变化，相信群里坚持读书的小伙伴体会更深。希望这会是一个好的开始，也希望自己可以把读书坚持读下去。
