我们的教官姓陈，名军，个子高高的，我对他的印象是---很和蔼。今天的内容是队列训练，训练的\'是站姿，“头抬高，腰挺直，双手放在大腿两侧”，别看站军姿简单，要是叫你一动不动地站一两个钟头，肯定受不了。
在教官口令中，训练开始了。教官一开始就给我们来了个“下马威”，让我们在原地一动不动地站一个小时。“啊？要这么久。”“再说就再加时间。‘无奈，只好站呗！一开始，同学们个个都非常认真，一会儿大家就显得有点不自在了。只见有的同学再抓痒，有的双手抱着膝盖，直叫腰酸腿疼，反正都是一副懒洋洋的样子。教官看见我们这副模样，吼道：“刚才动了的人马上去做一百个俯卧撑。”“唉1我刚想动一动，但听到教官说的话便不敢再动，可我这也痒，那也痒，只想挠挠，但我也只好忍，忍，忍。时间过的太慢了，我脚和手以有些麻木，但看到被受罚同学的样子，真是”掺不忍睹“，我自然也不敢轻举妄动了。
“好了，可以休息了。”“吔！”在一片欢呼声中，单调枯燥的站军姿终于结束了。“唉1终于重获自由了。”我这时回全身都痛。对教官恨得咬牙切齿，恨他对我们这么严厉，恨他没有人情味儿。他在我脑海中美好的印象全破坏了。
这五天来，我都可以听到都在叫苦连天，但同学们依旧坚持训练。
军训快结束时，北大附中组织了汇报表演。表演过程中，很多学生家长都来观看了表演，但天有不测风云，使得我心情紧张。虽然天下着雨，但同学们依旧动作迅速，专心致志的参加队列表演，受到了部队教官和学校的赞扬，“附中学生——”响亮的口号响彻在训练场上空。
汇报表演完毕，我们便和教官合影。这时，我却觉得对教官们依依不舍，舍不得他对我们的严厉，舍不得他们的笑容。忽然，我脸上滚落下一滴水，不只是雨还是泪！
这样的军队生活好开心，太令人难忘了！
后续
军训的日子里，我们的意志得到磨练，毅力得到挑战。的确，军训使我长大了许多，我变得更为坚强了。
军训，让我体验了这非同寻常的生活，更让我感受到了人间的这一份真情。这时我才真正想到，就是这生活中的酸甜苦辣，使生活如此美好
流逝的军训已成为固化的记忆，但军训留下的共振余音仍在回响。我们要牢记军人作风，以铁的纪律约束自己，以钢的意志来支配自己。

当属于自己的橄榄绿军装放在手里，我的心兴奋地快要蹦出嗓子眼了！同学们争先恐后的把军装穿戴好了，我也不甘落后，迅速的穿着，可是由于过于激动，差点把裤子穿反了，惹得同学们前俯后仰的大笑起来！随着体育委员岳小龙的一声有力的“集合”，我们迅速站好，左右看了看，嘿，我们真是神气极了！！心想：军训肯定很有意思！
可没想到，军训的第一天的感觉完全不是这么回事，当和蔼可亲的教官精神抖擞地往我们面前一站，我们从他那威严的眼神中，从那严厉而又温和的语气中，我心里暗暗的想：军训并不像我想象的那样轻松！火辣辣的\'太阳当头照，“稍息！立正！向左转！齐步走，一二一，一二一……立正！稍息！”唉，干巴巴的口令连一点趣味性都没有！我们一遍又一遍地重复着这些枯燥无味的机械动作，太阳火辣辣的，我们的心好像也在燃烧一般！汗水顺着脸颊不断地往下流！如果静心聆听，就能清晰地听到汗水滴落的声音。太阳好像故意和我们过不去似的，愈是烈日如火，教官愈是练得愈精神！而我们，简直快要受不了了！直到把我们练得腰酸腿痛，汗流如雨才罢休。随着一声盼望以久的“休息十分钟”的口令，我们如同皇帝大赦天下一样，终于可以喘口气了！瘫坐在草坪上，头无力地靠着同学的后背，心中忙不迭地叫起苦来：原来当兵这么辛苦！此时此刻，我真的连动都不想动！
第二天总算把队列队形练完了。接下来，就是最让我们头痛的“站军姿”！站军姿说起来容易，做起来难呐！为了锻炼我们的意志，教官要求我们纹丝不动站5分钟。时间一秒一秒过去了，整齐的队伍中，只听见呼吸声，渐渐的，有的同学坚持不住了，只感觉汗水如同毛毛虫一般淘气，在你的脸上慢慢往下蠕动，痒痒的，但你又不敢去擦，心里那个难受呀！我也快要坚持不住了，就在心里默默地数数，这5分钟为什么就这么漫长呢？看着眼前的教官也和我们一样，我的心真有点愧疚了，心想：我不是想当军人吗?连这点苦都受不了，还能实现自己的理想吗？于是我咬牙坚持住了！
为期七天的军训结束了，我们以优异的军训成果展示回报了和蔼可亲、关爱我们的教官。当汽车载着我们的教官远去的时候，我们的眼里噙满了泪水，那是一种美好的回忆，那是一种深深的思念，那也是一种无限的期盼，我们不会辜负教官、老师对我们的谆谆教诲，，美好的明天是属于我们的！
