In contemporary society , many young people enjoy taking big , but they always can’t finish anything . Because details decide success or failure . If we don’t start from the minor matters , only do the big things , we may get nothing in the end . As far as I’m concerned , doing small things first is very important . 我们有个别队员不能很好的遵守公司规章制度，对工作没有热情，认为保安工作没有前途，只是把保安工作看作一种过渡，没有想在保安行业有所发展。有这样的想法，工作自然做不好。首先，我们必须明确，保安是物业管理的重要内容，我们的工作是有积极意义的；其次，要树立爱岗敬业的精神，干一行，爱一行，钻一行，任何工作只有全心的投入，才能到这项工作的乐趣，才能有所收获；再次，即使不想在这个行业长期发展，但是也要有“做一天和尚，撞好一天钟”的精神，公司付给你薪水，不是让你来玩的'，要有对工作负责的态度，在位一分钟，干好六十秒。如果干一行，怨一行，不好好工作，整天怨天尤人，那么到哪里都不会干好。

“英语就考了106分，做了那么多练习什么用？！你看看人家小叶也不看见做什么课外练习都考了129分！”英语老师用严厉的口吻批评着我，语气有些愤怒、有些失望。
我眼眶差点溢出了委屈的泪水，我也很努力去学习英语。背单词、做练习我也很用心啊。为什么就考不出70分的范围？为什么要有英语这课程？为什么我们要学习？为什么外国不是和我们一样说汉语而是英语？
突然想起了吴克群的《将军令》中的一句歌词：“我知道yoyoyo不是我的'语言……在你的世界学你说ABCD，在我的土地对不起请说华语……”

啊！英语，
你是正极，我是负极，我们一短兵相接就会使战争的导线升温！
你是老鼠，我就是猫，在自然界的生存法则里我们永远是天敌！

“侬有空写这些乱七八糟的东西，不会去多背几个单词，去做会阅读啊！……”一个熟悉又让我有些厌恶的声音像幽灵一样从我身后冒了出来。我几乎可以想象出接下来所谓的“台词”是什么。那些话已经停了不下N遍了，我都可以一字不漏地把那些台词复述出来。我想我的耳膜已经对这些“站着说话不嫌腰疼”的话产生抗体形成自动免疫功能。
我仍然陷在我的浮想中。我独来独往走在云彩之上，身边路过拿着英语书、词组纸的同学，目光茫然。我唤醒他们。
他们却对我说：“要上英语课了，你还不背单词啊！”我一愣。我想哭泣，想逃离，但是我此时此刻却不知道欲去何方……
我深陷在眼瞳中的字母里，昏厥，猛睁眼，天亮了，英语仍在……

Being a monitor is my dream, because I think it is so cool and I will have the power. So when I go into the middle school, I make my effort to be a monitor, luckily, all of my classmates trust me and elect me as their monitor. I am so happy, my little dream has come true, but I never expect that the monitor’s duty is so heavy. I can’t do what I want, every decision I make needs to consider so many things, if I go the wrong way, my classmates will have loss. As the saying that the more power, the more responsibility, I have pressure, but I learn many things, I become mature and can deal things well.
成为班长是我的梦想，因为我觉得班长很酷，我也会有权利。因此当我上初中了，我努力成为一名班长，幸运的，所有的同学都信任我，选我为他们的'班长。我很开心，我实现了小小的梦想，但是我没有预料到班长的责任是如此的重。我不能随心所欲，我做的每一个决定都要考虑到很多事情，如果我走错了路，我的同学也会遭受到损失。正如有句话说，能力越大，责任越大，我有压力，但是也学到了很多事情，我变得成熟，可以把事情处理好。
