上个月和家人一起看了一个美国的关于纪录片，看到的听到的，可以用惊讶，可怕来表达。这是个主讲美国食品的安全及来源的电视，在片中看到鸡舍的鸡从来没有见过阳光，普通的鸡三个月才会长大，而这里的鸡49天就可以长大，快速长大的鸡身上又肥又胖，走不了几步就摔倒了，倒下就不好再站起来，不久就被别的鸡踩死，之后就是等待被宰***的命运。平日里在超市买东西时，看到商品上画有绿油油的青草，漂亮干净的鸡，牛，羊，都有可能只是画而已。我的印象中牛是吃草的动物，牛的胃天生就是用来消化草料的，但片中看到因为玉米太便宜，同时又能让牛长的快些，好多农场喂牛吃玉米，不吃青草的牛，胃中发生了改变，某种大肠杆菌增加，牛整天不是站在青草上吃草，而是站在浸过小腿的各种动物的粪便里，只要一头牛被感染，别的牛也会染上。这样被污染的牛肉，大多被做成汉堡或碎牛肉用，被细菌感染的牛肉被健康的人吃到，会有肾衰竭的危险，后果真可怕。在市场上无论哪个季节都能吃到的黄瓜，西红柿，现在看到的西红柿摔不烂也不是阳光照射下自然长红的，而是某种化学物质催熟的，口能说它悄悄偷走了西红柿的名字。超市里哪么多色彩鲜艳的商品，其实就哪么几种粮食，超市90%的商品，里面都有玉米或大豆，要么不把原材料写上，要么改一下名字，关于食品的来源和安全，商家是希望把真相藏起来，所以商品的标签上是看不到的，因为你了解食品的来源后，也许就不再想吃了。
国外的食品上人惊讶。打开中国食品安，首先看到肯德基被检出香辣鸡腿堡大肠杆菌超标识6倍，立顿茶农药残留超标，某大品牌的牛奶被指添加牛尿，某牌方便面在荷兰查出铝超标，米线黑作坊苍蝇盆中游，发臭的米线经过食品添加剂加入后变的美味漂亮，为让虾仁变好看，上色剂来变色，上色剂具有致癌性。电视新闻都有食品安全的报道，有毒奶粉，大头娃娃，洋快餐里的苏丹红，下水道里的地沟油反复爬上餐桌，食品中普变带有防腐剂，食品添加剂，有的食品保质期12两年还有的商品时间会更长，让人担心的是这些商品加入了我们不知道的东西。苹果上也打上光亮的蜡，这样的食品就像颗定时炸弹，污染环境中长大的被人为的美化过的食物，内部的事害东西会影响人们的健康。
平日里，我看到妈妈买菜总喜欢挑菜农自己种的菜，妈妈说菜农种的菜比较安全营养一些，爸爸说新鲜的肉买回来先煮，去掉煮出的瘦肉精，这样才能保留美味的肉。在学校老师经常提醒我们不要带饮料要带白开水，不要买校门口的三无小食品。因为它们鲜艳的外表和诱人的口感都是食品添加剂在帮忙，它不能给我们身体带来一丁点的营养成分，我的心愿是希望大家都来关注我们的食品安全，让我们的食物变的无污染，营养丰富，这样我们的肠胃才会有精神，生活会更美好。
