广场的路四通八达，走近体育场一个光辉灿烂，气势磅礴正大门屹立在我面前，踏上台阶是一排精雕细刻的象棋石凳子，每颗相隔一米，上面分别刻着：卒，马，炮，象，士，将等三十二字。棋子摆放在硕大棋盘里，排列得整整齐齐，就像是一个个时刻准备战斗的战士。我走过去搬了下，不搬不知道，一搬吓一跳，这么重的石头是工人们搬过来的吗？不是，听爸爸说这些是吊机一个个吊过来的。凳子后面有几个栩栩入生的园林运动造形。它们分别摆着各种姿势，有的骑自行车，有的射击，还有的丢铅球等。一个个就像在参加比赛。
广场上成了孩子们嬉戏的游乐场所，游人川流不息，熙熙攘攘，有的照相留影，生怕这美好的回忆会流失，有的围着鲜艳的盆景花赞不绝口，有慕名而来的游客，望着巍山高大的建筑惊叹不已，还有老人带者小孩在这里三五成群的高谈阔论，有说有笑，享受着天伦之乐。广场侧面有许多的场官。有羽毛球场、篮球场、网球场、门球场等等......
我门穿过弯弯曲曲的小道，小道两旁青松翠柏，藤罗翠竹，给人一种幽雅娴静而又充满生机的感觉。走出小道，我们来到一个古声古色，雕梁画栋的格林美.记忆长廊。在曲折的长廊里有一排长长靠背椅，是供游客们休息的。这长廊的柱子是株红色的，顶是红色的琉璃瓦有六个角的，四角的与清朝官员戴的帽子很相仿，在绿树翠竹掩映下，长廊犹如一位热情的少女在欢迎我们的到来。坐在长廊中，欣赏着动听悦耳音乐，仿佛人在仙境中。长廊每间都雕刻着每一届省运会的精美浮雕。浮雕介绍了每届参会人数和前四名参赛团队，及举办地点十三届在我们荆门举行。从浮雕上记载着第一届参赛人员仅有七百六十多人到一届多达一万二千多人说明热爱体育的人越来越多。这也说明一个道理：民强则强国，我国繁荣昌盛。
走出长廊，在我们面前的是一座雄伟壮观的拱行索拉桥。桥面宽阔、两边有花坛。人行道显得气派又明亮。站在桥上看，桥下的河水静静地流淌。闪动着粼粼的水光，就好似闪动着千万只明亮的眼波凝视着秋天的秀色。这时随着河畔音乐响起了，河里的喷泉打破了河面的宁静。顿时河里的各式各样的喷泉热闹起来。喷泉时而高，时而矮。风车形的喷泉越转越快，很快形成了一个个美丽的圆弧。波浪式的喷泉也随着音乐的节拍一起一伏，就像大海里的波滔，一浪接一浪，显得美丽而壮观。圆弧网式的喷泉越喷越高最后水柱合成一块渐渐的泻落下来。形成了无数的\'雨点，似烟若雾。在阳光的照射下湖面出现了一道七彩彩虹，为这美丽的湖面又增添了一道自然而又明亮的景观。
河边有一片沙滩，沙滩的路边上铺满了各种斑斓绚丽的卵石，白似琼玉，红如玛瑙。下面是一片平展的细沙，没有一块碎石，踩上去又松又软，就像踩在地毯上。那里人声鼎沸，人山人海。有的小孩在那里奔跑、追逐；有的小孩搬来挖掘机、推土车在这里建城堡，忙的不也乐乎；有的小孩带来小锹、沙桶，在这里挖沙坝，筑长城；有的小孩在沙滩里捡贝壳......沙滩上成了孩子们欢快的乐园。
在晚霞映照下，我依依不舍的离开了体育场运动公园。我为这美丽而充满生机勃勃的体育场运动公园而感到无比的自豪。

Last autumn we took a trip to Qianshan by bus. It is about thirty miles from the city. We planned to put up in a hotel there in order to watch the sun rise the next morning.
As soon as we got there, we began to climb up the mountains. How great the sight is! We felt as if we had entered amother world full of beauty, peaeefulness and loveliness. There are hundreds of mountains, one after another. there are magnificent cliffs, one above another. We climbed up vigorously and breathed the fresh air greedily. As the sun was going down, we descended to a little hotel at the foot of the hill, where we had a big dinner, and then went to bed early so as to regain the energy ior the expedition next morning.
Before daybreak, we reached the peak of the highest mountain after a hard groping and climbing in the dark. Unaware of the cold wind, we stood motionlessly, with our eyes fixing at the hr end of the east. Suddenly thin ravs of red hue spread across the sky. As the redness deepened, some mysterious clouds moved across thc sky, dividing heaven from the earth. Just at this moment, up from the brightening far east rose the sun. It was so red and yet so tender that we could gaze at it with naked eyes. and a slight applause from us. the amazed spectators, rang through the peak. Up, up it rose, adding to itself strength and glory at every step. It dazzled with vigour, driving away darkness, cold, and misery from the earth, and bring light, warmth, and happiness to men.
We were completely amazed at the wonder and the greatness of nature. We jumped and shouted like innocent children and we bathed in the first rays of the sun with the peak till it was time for our return.
千山秋游
去年秋天我们乘公共汽车去千山游玩了一次。它距城市大约三十英里。为了第二天早晨看日出，我们计划住在那儿的旅馆里。
我们一到那里就开始爬山。那里的景色太美了!我们感到好像进入了另一个世界，一个充满美丽、和平和可爱的世界。那里有数百座山峰鳞次栉比：有壮观的悬崖层出不穷。我们精力充沛地向上攀登，贪婪地呼吸着新鲜空气。当太阳下落时，我们来到山下的一家小旅店，在那里美美地吃了一顿晚饭，然后早早地上床睡觉，以便恢复精力第二天早晨远征。
天亮前，我们经过在黑暗中艰难地摸索和爬行到达了最高的山峰。我们一动不动地站在那里，双眼凝视着远处的`东方，连寒风也没觉察到。突然间，薄薄的红光在天空中散开，随着红色加深，一些神奇的云朵在天空四散，把天地分开。正在这时，太阳从远处东方的光亮处升起。它是那样红，然而又那么娇嫩以致我们可以用肉眼来观察它。从我们吃惊的观赏者中发出的一阵轻微的欢呼划过山峰，太阳升得越来越高了，每升一步都给它本身增加了力量和光辉。它炫耀着威力，驱走了黑暗、寒冷和大地的苦难，并给人们带来光明、温暖和幸福。
这一奇观和大自然的伟大使我们完全惊愕了。我们像天真的孩子一样跳着、喊着，和山峰一起沐浴在太阳的晨曦中，流连忘返。

从起点到1标为顶风航段，帆船（板）不能顶风前进，需走“之”字形，航向由运动员掌握，判断哪种航向受风为佳，就靠运动员的和技术。 奥运会帆船比赛每个级别要进行11轮比赛（49人级进行16轮），前10轮（49人级前15轮）成绩最好的10条船进入到最后一轮的决赛。有时因天气情况，可减少轮次。由于场地条件不完全一致（风速、流速不等），帆船（板）比赛没有绝对纪录。
