上课时，老师拿着哨子，用力吹了声”哔！”大家就努力向前冲，都想得到第一名头衔。大家却因一位同学跌倒，而被臭骂一顿，搞得大家心里很不是滋味。
下课时，我和同学们在运动场上玩着鬼抓人，惊吓声、尖叫声、欢笑声都听得到。突然，一位女同学一个踉跄，狠狠往地上摔，”嗯~啊！”***声不断的传到我耳 朵里，有些同学跑去跟护士阿姨说，有些同学想要看看她受了甚么伤，我则不断地安抚她。一会儿我看到护士阿姨走了出来，在让出了位子，阿姨诊断后，发现只是 脚踝扭伤，让我松了一口气。后来大家带她到保健室休息，这件事总算圆满结束了。
如果我们是一棵小树，那运动就是雨水，赐予我们生命。”要活就要运动”这是现代人常说的一句话。所以，让我们来享受运动给我们的光芒吧！
