从机场到达兰州市区，我们先到宾馆把行李放下，洗把脸，我已经觉得饥肠辘辘了。爸爸的好朋友巴叔叔在楼下等我们。已经晚上10点多了，吃什么呢？我提议吃烤肉(因为之前许老师告诉我说兰州的东西都很好吃。
巴叔叔开车带我们到了一家名为“大漠烤肉”的店。店里不仅有烤肉、烤肚、烤鱼等，还有凉拌的拉面、杏皮水、羊肉汤。我们先喝一碗羊肉汤，味道很鲜美，清清的汤上面漂着绿绿的香菜末和小葱末，没有一点羊肉的膻味。杏皮水的味道一喝很像我们吃过的杏干味道，甜甜酸酸的带着杏香，很开胃。烤肉上来了，哇！真香！不像我们西安的烤肉大多是考得干***，这些烤肉上面刷了一层酱汁，入口后肉是香滑的，很鲜嫩，我一口气吃了好多串。妈妈笑我说：“什么叫大快朵颐？你今天明白了吧。”我只点点头，顾不上回答她。又吃了几口凉面，我饱饱的啦！
回宾馆的路上我还在想，这几天在兰州要有时间，我还来吃烤肉!

我小的时候生在兰州，长在兰州，对兰州的名胜也算略知一二。黄河水看过，水车也见过，但惟独白塔山我没去过。
去年暑假，我回到兰州的第二天，妈妈突然对我说领我去白塔山游玩。我也是大姑娘上轿——头一回，以前只听说过白塔山，但没去过。妈妈告诉我白塔山位于兰州东部，临近黄河。
早上八点多时，我们已经到了白塔山的对面，中间隔着宽宽的黄河。我一路小跑地穿过了横跨两岸的中山桥，不一会儿，我就来到了白塔山脚下。举目望去，白塔山和我的想象一点也不相同。我原以为是又高又大的土山但它却是十分的低，植被却很多。
我的登山旅程开始了，我轻轻的登上第一层台阶时已经是十点多了，我加快脚步向山顶登去。一路上小鸟在树上叽叽喳喳地唱歌，小松鼠也时不时地探出小脑袋，好像在欢迎我们一行人的到来。
走没多大一会儿，我便已汗流浃背了，突然，我发现了前方有一大片树林，我就像沙漠中看到了绿洲一样，看到了希望。两旁的树都是被有意往路中间斜栽的，那形状就像是一个巨大的隧道，一进去就感到特别凉爽。汗水也不再调皮的向下跑了。这不正是前人栽树，后人乘凉吗。
在那里休息一会儿后，我又踏上了征程。我咬着牙，顶着日光向山顶发起冲刺。
当到达山顶时，已是下午三点多了，我不由自主的产生一股成就感。站在山顶上，看着身边的高塔，又看看似乎被我踩在脚下的黄河，我不禁心生一种豪情，我想：人生不也正像爬山一样吗？无论条件多么艰苦，都要坚定自己的意志。人生没有永远的安逸或永远的困难，只要有坚强的\'意志就可成功。
